We purchased a Lazy Boy sectional that was delivered in June 2023. It did not work correctly from day one. Fast Furniture in Mobile sent out a repairman. He said the mechanisms worked fine and left. We called Lazy Boy and they sent the same repairman back and I showed him what was wrong and he said yes, I will order a new mechanism. We waited three weeks and didn't hear anything. My wife called and they said the repair order had been signed off as completed. No mechanism was ordered. We called Lazy Boy again and they sent the regional trainer from Fast Furniture out to our house to look at our Lazy Boy product. He agreed, not only one recliner needed a new mechanism but a total of two needed replaced. He said his office would be in contact with us in three business days. Two weeks later my wife had to call them and they told her to let them know when the parts arrived. The parts arrived shortly thereafter. She called and they set up an appointment for September 22, 2023 between three and five. On September 21, 2023 she got a text saying they would not be here until September 29, 2023 as they had overbooked and wouldn't have a tech in our area on the 21st. So, they don't care that we had to arrange work schedules yet again for the original date and that they gave us less than 24 hour notice of the schedule change. Now, we have to change our work schedule again. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would not let them in my house if this was not warranty work. As a consumer who paid a great amount of money for a brand name product, this is unacceptable.
Description of Work: They never preformed the task as they either cancel the ticket saying all work complete, there was no problem or they change dates work is to be preformed. We have been waiting since the beginning of June for our sectional to be corrected.

If I could give us company negative stars, I would. I am a customer from a warranty company and they have rescheduled me at least four times. We’ve had multiple appointments scheduled. I have been dealing with this company since February and our final appointment was supposed to be April 7th. Every time they reschedule the appointment. If they can’t even show up to do the job what’s the point? I called the phone number listed. Nobody answers. They say text them that’s the fastest response but yet all they wanna do is apologize that nobody can come out even though they have a set schedule.
Description of Work: They were supposed to fix my couch. A technician finally came out to look at the couch and order the parts, but they never showed back up because they kept canceling my appointment.

He came back a few times and everything went well. He was able to do some of the work in my house, but had to take a few pieces with him because of deep gouges. He was courteous, prompt and did a great job. I would use him again and recommend him to my friends.
Description of Work: Jeff refinished the tops of 3 end tables, 2 coffee tables, large kitchen table and touched up 4 other pieces. He also worked on a stuck drawer and unstuck a piece of furniture by taking off the back.

My daughter's platform bed was damaged in a move. It was loaded on something that poked holes in the bottom of the cabinetry and the bottoms of the one of two drawers. Jeff responded right away to the initial request for service and we scheduled a time about a week later. On the day before our appointment he called to confirm the time. He arrived in a timely manner, inspected the damage and went to work. During the course of the repair he noticed one of the three legs was missing from the bed, so he fixed that as well. The cabinetry is better now. He used plywood where before was some sort of very thin pressboard, it didn't even look like wood. One of the drawers was not damaged, so the interiors don't match exactly, but the new drawer bottom is very nice. It is nicer than just plain plywood. It is interior drawers so the bottoms not matching doesn't matter. I have already contracted with him to do some other repairs. I discussed replacing the pulls on a cabinet and he directed me to a website where I can purchase and replaced the pulls myself, rather than paying him to do it. I appreciate his saving me some money when he could have ordered the parts, added a mark-up and labor.

Jeff Schatzman, owner, was very prompt....and did not take long to do his repairs. I would definitely use him again.
