About us

We have been in business for 27 years. We are licensed, insured, and reference document is available. My company is very experienced in New Construction Clean Up on commercial, and residential properties. We are experienced placing bids on new construction job sites, and have completed work for some of the biggest New Construction Companies in the country. I have the reputation of always finishing my jobs, and their has never been a time in over 27 years that one job wasn't completed. Some of my references include: Maxus Construction, Colonial Construction, J.F. Pate, Roger &Willard , Park Lane out of Birmingham, AHELPA Government Apartments, Platt Constructon, Residential Owners: I enjoy What do for the person that hires me.A time to sit down and spend time with their loved ones, then I have done my part as it should be. In over 27 years I have completed over 2000 properties, and from 5 Star Construction Companies that chose my company to complete their projects. I got great recommendations from them, and very proud to have created my service for others to enjoy. Always was a job that was well done. I'm fixing to celebrate my 27th year of doing business. Their is one label I don't like to be called is a Maid, I'm a contractor that has well earned the title of being who I am and what I do well. I'm well qualified with bids, and specks on VCT Floors which to be stripped and waxed. I finished a dealership in Malbis, AL for Ethan Hunt, built by Roger's & Willard Construction. Results well pleased! Iif asked to do outside windows that would be a whole different cost from the cleaning of your job. “Memory” my husband died on August 10 of whom worked right by my side a lot of you know him. I never limit my business of what it can't do, so I leave it up to my option of what my company can and can't do. My company gives 100% to all my customers, because I like my customers to be satisfied with my work. I'm very pet friendly in any house that I clean, but I would like all animals to have their manners when I come to clean your house. By the way my customers are always asking me why their dogs fall in love with me, one I'm an animal person so I also see to their needs as well.

(Which I think I'm really disappointed in the grade as per my performance of cleaning this house. As per I cleaned new construction that wasn't cleaned to begin with, as per carpet wasn't properly vacuumed , as per all floors were done in 3 [Member Information Removed] as per [Member Information Removed], all appliances were shined with stainless steel cleaner, all bathrooms were cleaned and floors cleaned by hand (a lot of paint on floors). Floors, and furniture, had to be pre-vacuumed to get hair off before the cleaning took place. All windows had to be lifted and cleaned, as per window sills had to be cleaned. This house took me all together close to 9 to 10 hours, not counting the travel to, way pass Fairhope. Note on the 1st clean couldn't get the master bedroom for her husband had to sleep, in order to go to work that night. 2nd time clean I went straight to the bathroom, and master to clean first. Then did the rest of the house which took me another 7 to 8 hours to clean, as per I went back over all the same as I did the first time with the exception of getting to the master bedroom and bathroom. Note this I take pride in what I do in my business, and that is why I [Member Information Removed] customers with a maintained clean, on a 1 week, 2 week, 3 week, or monthly. My customers [Member Information Removed] been with my Fast and Clean Company for close to 3 to 6 years now, and [Member Information Removed] been very happy. Their are some customers no matter what you do or try to do they are never happy. I hope you find the right clean that will meet your expectations of cleaning, which will be hard to do.

Thanks so much for the nice comment on my cleaning, it is what I love to do. Plus I get to work for myself, and to me that is a dream in it self. People don't get to live out their dreams, and I feel I was real lucky to start my own cleaning business that has been so successful for over 20 years. I like to put 100% into all my jobs, no matter if it is a personal house, commercial project, maintaining businesses. Just as long as my jobs are done right the first time, but their is always a slip I'm not perfect. But I will correct it, because I stand behind my work.
