+ -1 moreFacilities Management & Construction went well beyond what I would have expected after a simple job turned into a rather complex roofing project. They kept me in informed and came back with a reasonable price for the unexpected problem, did quality work and were very professional. I would highly recommend them for both residential and commercial roofing projects. I was lucky to have had them do my work.
Description of Work: I had a simple shingle roof job on my house which use to be a commercial business. However, after the job started there was some major wood rot and concrete that had to be removed from the roof and the roof line needed changing. It was impossible for anyone to have known these problems existed. Needless to say both myself and contractor were surprised at what had to be done. However, they were very professional and came up with a plan and did the job very well.

Description of Work: Had a 1500 Sq.Ft. roof put no my home..Called two other roofer . Who said, it would be a couple of weeks to just come look at roof .Called F.M & C. they came out that day an roof completed 2 days later .. Cleaded up old material an a great job . Priceing was lower then other roofers . Would recommend to a freind.. (Ask for Bobby) Carl Davis
