Derrick from EZ-Flow contacted us within the hour after our call on a Saturday. He was at our house within 30 minutes and assessed the situation. He searched for the sewer line and after digging for a while he found it. He did not give up. He cut a hole into the line, fed in the auger and removed all the roots. Then he repaired the hole in the line, filled in the hole in the ground and billed us $ 275 for all of his work. He worked very hard, was very professional. He also answered all of our questions and took the time to explain the ways we needed to make sure we would not have the same problem over and over. We will use this company to do all the work necessary. Thank you!

We had an issue with our toilets not flushing & our shower drains backing up. We contacted EZ flow on Monday, they came out that afternoon, saw the problem right away which was a clog in one of the drain pipes in the yard. They immediately scheduled another time to come out & dig along the pipe to find a break as there was a lot of mud in the line. They came back on Wednesday started digging & immediately notice the problem. The lines were put in going downhill to the house instead of downhill to the street. This caused the clog so they snaked the line, showed us what was causing the issue & how to get around having the problem in the future. Also recommended we look into having the pipes redone. They were very professional & knowledgeable. The cost of the work ended up being much less than they quoted due to the problem not being what they originally thought, so that was a plus. We will definitely use them again.

We had a water leak in the attic of our home. I contacted EZ Flow Plumbing and they were booked in the morning and they were able to fit us in later in the afternoon. Jamie and Derrick arrived at the scheduled time assessed the situation and repaired the leak. Jamie showed me potential problem areas with the plumbing in the attic. Very professional crew! I will definitely use them again.

Jamie and his crew did a great job. The price was very reasonable and the service was great. They had to remove a 1 foot wide section across my driveway to run new pipes for the repair. They went above and beyond by laying a reinforced larger outer pipe to protect the new water main which they then ran through the bigger pipe. They additionally tied both sides of the original driveway along the cutout section together with rebar before pouring the new concrete to ensure driveway stability. They additionally replaced a concrete pad next to the driveway that originally shifted to create my problem in the first place. I am very happy with the repair, professionalism and cleanup performed by Jamie and his crew. I will definitely be a repeat customer as my plumbing needs arise.

No work done since they never honored appointments and did not call either time. We made several calls to see why they were late, and were assured they were "on the way" or there was a "misunderstanding about date and time". Very dissatisfied with this bunch.

Our kitchen sink was clogged and although it was late when I called them, they came after regular hours and cleared the drain.

Jamie came by to do an estimate on a Wednesday, they scheduled the work for Saturday. Office called to confirm on Friday. The installation took about 2 hours. Work went great, no problems. Price was pretty reasonable as well. No extra clean-up was necessary and the only after effects was needing some drywall work done.

Couldn't ask for a better experience. Professional, Courteous, Timely. Our problem was solved quickly and satisfactorily. Nice folks with a friendly, professional attitude.

Plumber came to check our grinder pump that had stopped working. The guy hardly looked at it and just said you need a new one for about $2500. Finally he started to pull the pump out and in the process broke a pipe...apparently the main pipe to the neighborhood which was outside the actual drum. This sent sewage gushing everywhere. When I asked if he was going to turn it off he said he didn't know how or where to do so. He finally figured it out and shut it off. Long story short he said we owed $250. I questioned for what, him breaking a pipe and taking 30 mins to figure out how to turn it off. Then he said $230 later on. We called the owner and explained the problems and he knocked it to $190 but the plumber didn't fix anything not even the pipe he busted. We hired a different plumber and paid $1500 for the pump which was the cost at the store and only $350 in labor. Ez flow wanted $1600 for the pump and $1,000 in labor. We saved $750 by not having them do it. Would NOT use them again

Well my water heater went out and was not sure if it could of been something minor. Jamie came out to my home he was very polite and took my worries away for the high cost of changing out water heater. He did the job same day and had no issues. And his pricing was very reasonable due to I contacted about 4 other plumbers. Thank you Jamie and I will be using you for all my plumbing needs.

Re piping and new water heater installation EZ Flow Plumbers was our second estimate. When we met & spoke with Jamie Walsh (owner) we knew we would be choosing them for our emergency project. He was very sincere & thorough, describing the scope of the project. He & his assistant came out and examined our situation. Water was continually filling up our hallway due to a broken pipe under the slab of our 37-year-old home. Jamie said that a repiping was the best course of action. Next day, his assistants worked to prepare our home, determining where the new piping would connect to our existing faucets (through the attic and down to each faucet). The next day, a 4-man crew connected new valves, including washer, dishwasher, ice maker, tubs & toilets. They installed a water heater & new toilet also. We are very pleased with EZ Flow Plumbers' work. We highly recommend them for your next plumbing job. They are the best! We plan to use them for a master bath remodel in the future.

Jamie, the owner of the company determined that the lower section of the underground pipe was defective and needed to be dug up and replaced because the rain water would not flow out to the culvert. Two of his employees salvage the grass and replaced the pipe which was properly installed. However, replacement of the grass was unsitely. We contacted Jamie who responded immediately. He had the entire area redone and even brought us additional sod (at no cost to us) because he was concerned that there might be wash. He went above and beyond to be sure that we were happy with the end result. I don't know of many contractors that would have the taken such good care of us. I will most certainly call him again with any of our plumbing problems.

I called on Tuesday morning and they scheduled someone for that afternoon. The workman's name was Chris and he was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and explained what was happening and why. The job was completed and handled extremely professionally and considering the work the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use these folks again! Jon D

They are really professional. Very shortly after I called the owner of the company came for a free quote. He does a lot of the work himself so I was impressed that I was working with the owner. They are very knowledgeable. This company was putting in a digital system, which is something that not a whole lot of plumbers have done. They have been able to work weekends and evenings. I am very pleased with their service so I definitely recommend them to others. Their price was higher than I expected, but it was reasonable for the amount of service.

I had a leak under the concrete slab in my home. I contacted EZ Flow Plumbing, and they promptly arrived at my home the same day to assess my situation. They were able to stop the leak and then completed a thorough inspection of all pipe work, and determined the existing pipes were very weak and frail. After discussing a few options, we decided it was in our best interest to have the entire home re-piped. They arrived the next day, completed the work, and had everything re-routed the same day. I was very pleased with everything from the initial call to the work completed. All staff were very professional and courteous!!

Our grinder began having problems. We called another service that had done work for us previously and they charged over 400.00 just to pull a few pieces of paper out of the blades. I began getting estimates to replace the old grinder. They ranged from as high as 6800 to Jamie's price of 1320. I did my own shopping and found the grinder we needed fro about 1100, but he actually gave me a better price to include install than the company. I was also told by everyone else that we would have to pay another 1200 to 1500 to replace the electrical box because they could not use the old one. Wrong... I spoke with the grinder company and sent them detailed photos. They said it would not be necessary to replace the box.. Jamie was scheduled to show up but ran into several problems that day and was not able to keep the appointment. I was not happy, but then found out he had his battery in his truck catch fire and the wench motor in his trucked died. He was having a very bad day. He showed up the next day, worked quickly and efficiently and was done in under 3 hours.. He answered any questions I had and made sure everything was perfect. He also gave us a really good discount for the inconvenience. We had used another well known company in January to repipe our entire house, but I think from now on, we will call Jamie for our plumbing needs.

He is an outstanding plumber that we found on Angie's list. Very prompt and does an excellent job. We are so happy to have found this plumbing company. Helpers were also very knowledgeable and reliable. Excellent job, excellent service!

Came one afternoon and placed pump in basement to pump out 6 foot of water. Left and ordered new pump. Returned today and installed and tested new pump. Very professional and quick. Knew their profession.

The re-pipping took two days to complete, one with two people, another with four. Everyone that came to my house was very polite and professional. They did their best to keep the place clean during the project and did a total clean up when done. Once the project started, if any little item was going to change from what Jamie and I previously talked about I was informed immediately for my approval. They also added a water spicket in the hot water room per my request to hook up an aquarium water filtration system. One employee ended up having his foot fall through the ceiling and Jamie informed me right away and had a drywaller there within hours to repair the ceiling at no cost to me and no questions asked. I am very pleased to have gone with this company and will call them if any further repairs or projects (my wife really wants to remodel the bathroom).

I had made an appt the previous week but had to cancel due to illness, so rescheduled for 4-22-14. I guess in the confusion of that, Donna lost my cell phone number and the address where the work was to be done. Come that morning, I waited an hour at this vacant property, then called them to find she was worried because she couldn't reach me. She left a message on my home phone, where, of course I was not; and she tried to contact me thru angie's list. After another while (maybe an hour?), they (plumber and helper) arrived and advised me of what they could do. they had heard that we were trying to sell the place, so offered to try to fix the existing valve instead of replacing the whole thing. We went with that. When we bought the place, the bath faucet was sticking out from the wall, and the tile, which should have been covered by the faucet, was exposed and there was a hole there. The water was dripping from the turn-on down into the hole. He cut the faucet, shortened it, and resoldered so it was flush with the wall. Then he caulked around faucet and the turn-on knob. I'm not a plumber, so may not be explaining properly - but he did a great looking job and it works fine! Totally satisfied! Even tho they lost my cell and address, I think it was just a one time thing and would definitely call them again - and actually did - on 4-26-14!

Both times I used this provider my experiences were excellent. They worked extra hard and went the extra mile! Will use them in a heart beat should I need a plumber again.
