Jamie was very professional and fostered a good working relationship with his staff. He was patient with me as the tilers were behind by over a week. He did the work in multiple trips to make sure I had a working bathroom (because of the tilers running behind). A few months later, I called Jamie to see about a leaky spigot outside and problem I was having with one of my toilets. Jamie took care of these issues as complimentary services. I would definitely use Jamie and EZ-Flow again.

I left a message on answering machine Christmas Eve morning to ask for help with my hot water heater. Jamie Walsh called me back shortly after I placed the call and said that he was on a job but would be able to help me when he was finished. He came and quickly determined that the thermocouple was bad and that was why I did not have any hot water. He thoroughly cleaned the parts that had to be removed to replace the thermocouple before installing a new one. When he was finished, the hot water heater came to life. On late Christmas afternoon, I had to call Jamie Walsh to tell him that I did not have hot water again. He came early the following morning and determined that the new thermocouple must be defective (the first time he had ever had this happen) and left to purchase a new one. When he returned, he replaced the thermocouple with a new one and the hot water heater has been working perfectly ever since. I highly recommend EZ-Flow if you want the best service and professionalism in town.

Jamie Walsh and his crew did an outstanding job. He first came out and assessed the problem and provided me with the alternatives that I had to address the problem. He gave me quotes for each alternative. It was decided to re-plumb the entire house. He gave me a firm quote to do the work and performed the work for that price. It was a two day effort and they were there promptly as scheduled and worked extended hours to minimize the impact to us. They thoroughly analyzed the location of all fixtures and routed the lines to minimize damage to existing walls. They installed redundant valves at locations that now afford us the ability to isolate portions of the house if a problem arises. Where the piping extended down through walls, they used a positive bracing method to firmly hold the pipes in the walls to minimize any vibration or movement. The quality of their work was excellent and I would highly recommend them to others.

On Thursday our washing machine drain line backed up into the half bath toilet which overflowed onto the bathroom floor. I selected EZ Flow Plumbing due to their rating and reviews on Angie's List. I sent a message via Angie's List at 6:35PM and Jaime, with EZ Flow, called me at 6:49PM. He said they were backed up with appointments until the following Wednesday due to the recent heavy rains but that he could recommend several good plumbing companies. I appreciated the quick response and the fact that Jaime was willing to recommend another company knowing we could not wait until the following week to get the repair completed. I ended up selecting another Angie's List plumbing company who completed the repair the following day.

Wow! I knew I was onto a winner when Jamie actually answered his phone. I received the type of top notch service that I thought no longer existed. It is so hard to find the superior level of professionalism displayed by Jamie and his crew. They showed up on time, worked incredibly hard, completed several tasks, and even cleaned up afterwards! We recently bought a home and wanted to move the location of the washer and dryer. In addition the aging and strangely configured hot water heater need to be replaced. We also needed to replace the disposal in the kitchen sink. Jamie coordinated the work so that it everyone could complete tasks simultaneously and get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Over the past 30 years we have built homes and remodeled several more, previous experiences have lead us to dread having to do plumbing work because it seems so hard to find a reliable plumber. Without a doubt Jamie was the best we have ever worked with. We are planning a major bathroom remodel next year and I know we have found the person that is up to the task.

See above. The clog didn't clear until they were nearly out of cable, so there was no way drain cleaner was going to handle things. They cleaned the sink when work was finished and advised us on the proper use and maintenance of our garbage disposal (be careful what you put in it) and what kinds of drain liquids to avoid. So our problem was fixed and we learned some valuable info.

Both workers were polite, professional, friendly and honest. I appreciate companies that call early when they will be delayed for an appointment and then call to tell you when they are on their way. Although they did not perform the repair work I had hoped they would they were up front about the cost and how involved the work would be. I decided to wait on the repairs with no pressure from the workers.

We purchased a Historic house near downtown and began a total updating/renovating/remodel. Most of the carpentry, demo, etc we have done ourselves(having done a few house before). We contracted with licensed plumbers, electricians for code and safety issues. We had quite a time finding a plumber who would do the job or even show up when scheduled. After several less than reliable companies we heard of Easy Flow - the owner Jamie came to the house and met with us. He assured us that he would follow through on all jobs - we explained that this was a 'long-term' process and the work needed would be in segments over a period of time. He has more than satisfied us - working with us during this entire time- and in' in each visit Jamie either did the work himself or was present to explain to his workers the overall plan we were working through. In every 'work session' they were very professional, courteous, and timely. Their commitment to the continuity of our project was/is exceptional - if it is possible to have a contractor as a partner, they are it! We still have one bath to do in the future, and make no mistake, they are the guys. And lastly, the initial bid given was for the overall project - not a hard number based on this being a 100+ yr old house and surprises aplenty - Jamie's bid was not the lowest but far from the highest - end result the cost was actually less than first quoted. If you factor in the lack of frustration(waiting for no-shows), no pressure to increase costs, and working with familiar faces- the cost was by far the lowest.

I called EZ-Flow on Thursday, 4/30/15. Mr Walsh answered my call immediately, a nice suprise. I asked if he could come across Mobile Bay from Mobile to my home in Fairhope on Saturday to fixed my kitchen sink which was leaking and had a stopped up drain. Also, I asked him to replace my new garbage disposal unit during his visit. Mr Walsh said that he would come Saturday morning which was two days after I called. Mr Walsh called me at 8:30 on a Saturday morning to verify that I was at home. Fifteen minutes later Mr Walsh and his associate arrived and went to work. 45 minutes later my kitchen sink leak was fixed, my sink drain was clear and, my new garbage disposal was installed. Mr Walsh knew exactly what to do and carried out his work with obvious expertise. When he finished his work, Mr Walsh went to great effort to assure that his work was successfut and complete. Also, Mr Walsh reviewed with my wife and I the operation and some new features of my new garbage disposal unit. Both my wife and I were pleased with Mr Walsh's work and will certainly choose him if we need plumbing work in the future. Also, I chose EZ-Flow because Angie's List showed this plumbing company to have the highest positive rating in our area. Thank you Angie's list.

We are very pleased with the service provided us. The technicians were professional, on time, made sure all was done correctly, friendly, and excellent plumbers. They carefully took out the old heater, researched one that would cost less, nad installed the new one in a quick, but efficient manner. I would definitely use them again.

Pretty amazing actually. We called them at 7:30 pm based on Angie's List reviews. Jamie was very responsive and professional. He and his helper were on our doorstep in about 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, got right to work and finished within about 30 minutes. His work has a 30-day guarantee. He was able to locate the spot where the sewer was plugged. Here is the level of service - see if anyone else would do this - some wet toilet paper had floated out of the clean out port onto the ground. When he was done, he took time to collect the toilet paper and take it to the trash - any other providers this thorough? - I don't think so. I hope we don't need them again but if so, there is no one else I would call.

Jamie was fantastic! Came early, went straight to work and was out within 20 minutes. He was very clear on pricing and the repair came in right at the estimate. We will definitely use EZ-Flow again. Job well done!

We became aware of Jamie Walsh, owner of EZ Flow Plumbing and Drain when we had a minor shower fixture leak in our master bath. He was referred to us by another plumber. We called Jamie and he came out the next morning as he committed to do. He showed up on time, and gave us a couple of options and completed the work in the estimated time and cost he gave us. We subsequently discovered we had a major leak under the slab in our house. Jamie used an acoustic leak detector to identify the general area of the leak but not the specific spot due to the size of the leak. He identified three options: 1 going through the floor, installing a manifold and replacing sections until the leaking section was fixed and a complete re-pipe. The re-pipe was selected. Because we have our house on the market we needed the issue fixed as quickly as possible. Jamie committed to begin the work on a Saturday and work until done. He did just that - began on Saturday, February 28 and completed the work on Tuesday, March 3 and charged us the estimate he provided. His work caused only the necessary amount of drywall damage to minimize the cost of that portion of the repair. Not only did he do a great job he offered suggestions on drywall repair. He and his people treated our house as if it were theirs and he communicated progress continuous. As a result of his responsiveness and quality of work we are able to get our house back on the market in two weeks instead of months other contractors indicated.

I was concerned about calling a plumber, since I've heard stories about some unscrupulous plumbers that take advantage of the customer's lack of knowledge in the area and overcharge them, so of course I checked Angie's List. There isn't much I can say that hasn't already been said about EZ-Flow Plumbing in previous reviews. I have no complaints at all. Mr. Walsh was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, fast but efficient, and friendly. I called him on Friday and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday morning. (That was what was convenient for us, since it was not an emergency). Mr. Walsh explained the problem and why our attempt to fix it had failed. (The broken piece was further in the wall then what we could repair). We had him replace the seat in the hot water faucet also, since the house is 37 years old with the original plumbing.

Jamie Wade showed up on time at the agreed to service date. I explained the nature of the problem, rising water bills and a meter box full of water. Jamie efficiently found the source of the water leak at the junction of the PVC piping to the house and the hard piping to the water meter. He replaced the damaged piping joint and installed a new house side water valve. He was very efficient and had the job completed in about 1 hr.

This company is the most Professional, Friendly, & Knowledgeable plumbing company I have ever dealt with! They showed up when they said they would and performed the work in a neat and timely manner. We thought the price was a little high at first but I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for and after being burned a few times in the past I realized that the cheaper company isn't always the best choice. When EZFLOW was finished with the job I felt that every dollar was well spent and there work spoke for itself. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing work.

Came home to find a hole in the spicket in the front yard and water spraying out. Had to shut off water to the whole house. Jamie came with in a couple hours on a Friday evening. Very kind and professional! Great price too! Nice to finally get great service!

He was great. The service was professional and reasonably priced. He also gave me advise on a leaky toilet.

I first met Jamie in December 2013 when I was soliciting for estimates for the work. I wasn't able to get the work done at that time but called him back for a new estimate when I was ready in late 2014. The first estimate was for $2,638. The second estimate was less because Jamie didn't have access to a concrete subcontractor. The second estimate was an even $2,000. Jamie allowed me to pay in installments, interest free. Jamie showed up with an assistant when he said he would to do the job. The entire job was completed in less than one week. Payments were easy. I asked for receipts and received them via email. If I had questions I could call Donna and she was courteous and helpful. Overall I can't say enough about this company. I would use them for other plumbing work.
