They replaced the faucets and garbage disposal when we finally arranged for them to come. The owner was even on vacation and still arranged for a couple of his guys to come take care of the problem. The plumbers that came were polite, professional, neat and quick. If I have another plumbing need I will definitely call these folks again!

Man that answered the phone was very pleasant and professional. They were able to come out the same day (two jobs ahead of us so it took some time). Two guys showed up and were very friendly and professional. Replaced the pipes quickly. When the water was turned back on one of the connectors in the wall sprung a leak (have brass fittings that are slowly causing issues and being replaced in whole house). They replaced those and were very kind about the additional headache even though it was the end of the day. Very happy we checked Angie's list!! We are now getting a quote from them to replace remaining brass fittings in the house. Not sure of final price but my husband found it to be reasonable. So happy we have now found our go-to plumbers!!

Sent two men for a one-man job. NO WAY moving a rubber hose would require two people. One would have to stand and watch while the other worked. Charged $125 and they were at the location less than an hour. Ridiculous.

It went well, took a couple of hours, plus he had to leave for a part. But overall a good experience. The toilet now doesn't leak from the tank or under the floor, and is solidly in place.

Perfectly. Another local plumber had come to survey the job and told me that the toilet was old and Toto no longer made the parts for it. The toilet is six years old. I spoke with Jamie Walsh at E Z Go and sent him a picture of the fill valve. He said that replacing it wouldn't be a problem. When the parts came in, Brad came over on 2/24/17 and replaced the defective valve as well as the supply line. It's good to know that I have access to a qualified professional to take care of any type plumbing issue I might have. I will call on them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Excellent. They were able to fit me in their schedule on the same day I called. They were late meeting the appointment time but had notified me that they were running behind at their current job site. More importantly they gave me an estimated arrival time that I felt was acceptable and they kept me informed of their progress (multiple times). Once they arrived, they were courteous, clean and professional. They performed the work and made sure the problem was resolved before leaving. They also made sure I understood that they stand by their work and call them if the problem reappears within the warranty period. I would like to add that they made every effort to make sure I was taken care of that day instead of pushing it the next day.

Horrible and unprofessional. Did a "half ass job" and tried to blame my toddler for his over sight. He removed 2 toy cars and somehow "missed" a third and decided to blame it on my son who had not even been in the bathroom since this man left because I left the door closed. And even so, he wanted to charge us AGAIN when he was obviously the one that didn't do his job right the first time. We will never recommend this company to anyone, even if we are "just renters".

Amazing job! Our garbage disposal died last night and we called EZ Flow first thing this morning. Not only were they able to come right out (THE SAME DAY!) but they explained the pricing and options to us clearly upfront. We were able to either purchase our own and only pay for labor or have them bring us a disposal and pay for that in addition to the labor. They called first, came over when they said they would and finished quickly. After having many house projects under our belt now and just finishing the long, stressful process of replacing our roof, we have dealt with an incredible number of service providers both through AngiesList and through other channels. We found Jamie on AngiesList about 2 years ago when we had just discovered a plumbing leak. We were distraught as we were first-time homeowners that had only been in the house for less than a year AND were pregnant with our first child. EZ Flow was able to come out immediately, dug to find the leak (HUGE undertaking) and re-plumbed our entire house. Their pricing was great and they were wonderful to work with. We have used them a few times since, including today's service visit. What I can assure you is this: We will ALWAYS use EZ Flow for as long as we live in this area and we recommend them to EVERYONE we know. With both my husband and I having worked in customer service industries for years, we hold companies to a high standard of professionalism and integrity. I expect providers to be honest, timely, courteous and mainly just to do what they say they are going to do. This unfortunately has been proven to be harder to find than I would've expected. However, Jamie and EZ Flow have been a diamond in the rough. Each time we have worked with them they have been fairly priced, reliable, punctual and have done fantastic work. They have even always explained ALL options to us (including things we could try or DIY before calling them out) and their staff is friendly and I've never felt uncomfortable with them in my house with our little ones or our pets. I cannot express enough how satisfied we have been with EZ Flow and look forward to using them on our next project!

Installation went well. However I was charged for 1.5 hours of labor when it took 30 to 45 minutes at the most. I was told that the additional time was due to the technician having to pick up the part at the supply store. So for an additional hour @ $95 per/hour, I paid for the guy to pick up a part. This is grossly unfair and not stated on the bill and the explanation about GPS tracking, is just blah, blah BS, an excuse to charge more money. No matter how you cut it...this ain't right.

Despite being a Saturday Jamie responded quickly to my call and Tim came out to fix the repairs in short order. The price was very fair for an emergency call. Jamie and Tim are both very professional and courteous. I highly recommend EZ Flow Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber.

They were very kind and professional and worked quickly to open the drain. It probably took 15-20 minutes from start to finish, and I think that the price seemed fair based on previous similar experiences. I will be marking them as my go to plumbing service.

They were very friendly and helpful, kept me updated with progress of job. Job turned out to have more issues then we first thought, but they still stuck to the original estimate.

There was a scheduling mix-up where my service call was accidentally scheduled for a different day. I called the phone number and the person on the phone (I think Jamie?) apologized for the mix-up and promised to get someone out to my house today. Judd showed up around 4pm and immediately identified the cause of my problems to be a clogged main line. Unfortunately the clearing of the line wasn't as easy as expected. Judd ended up spending several hours working to make sure the line was cleared and that everything was draining properly. Job well done!

I live in an old Colonial in Midtown built in 1902, so my plumbing is partial terra cotta (ground) and partial PVC upgrade (entire structure), which makes any plumbing issue potentially a bit tricky. My home issue started pretty late in the evening (don't the "emergencies" always happen in "after hours" territory?), with an upstairs bathtub backing up and causing a leak around a light fixture in the ceiling below it. Seemed pretty urgent to me. Being a pretty well-informed DIY kinda guy, I inspected the full breadth of my plumbing for issues (after watching it all be installed new in 1998, I knew where it all was and where it went) to see if this was something I could handle. I determined that the backup of the sewage was house-wide, backing it up into the vertical stack from the upstairs bathroom to cause the overflow and drainage issue upstairs since it had nowhere to go, and that the blockage had to be somewhere between the cleanout pipe alongside the house and the city utility cleanout at the street. Knowing this was old terra cotta pipe, I called EZ Flow after doing some research on the List and being quite pleased with their reviews and scores. Let me just say, the praise people give them here is WELL DESERVED. I spoke with Jamie around 9PM and explained my problem to him along with my hypothesis of the location of it, which he agreed sounded like the culprit. He put me in touch with his co-worker Judd who called me within 10 minutes. After some discussion of the problem, Judd reassured me that if we stopped using the plumbing overnight, this wasn't an emergency that needed immediate attention which on-the-spot saved me the expense of the "emergency hour" fees that most plumbers would have been all-too-happy to collect from a desperate homeowner. We agreed that he would come first thing the following morning at 8am, putting me ahead of three other routine jobs that weren't "emergencies" so that my household could once again use the plumbing. He arrived promptly at 8 as scheduled and went straight to work sending a drain snake into the pipe between the cleanouts, and within 30 minutes we had the main issue resolved. Small roots had invaded the interior of the pipe through the joints in the terra cotta pipes and caused a blockage. The drain snake had a saw on it which cut and removed these and allowed the flow to return to the main city line. This is a common issue with old terra cotta pipes and I have encountered it once before in the 17 years I've lived here, but the expense to maintain them is MUCH cheaper than all out replacement if they are structurally sound (mine are). We then addressed the issue with the tub upstairs, which was resolved with a nifty little device that blasts a burst of pressurized air into the pipe to "nudge" or displace the clog. Everything is back in perfect running order, no more leaks or backup, and what seemed like doom-and-gloom when it occurred only cost me $125 for an hour of labor and service call. I couldn't be happier, and have already tossed a few upgrade projects at them for estimates. I will definitely continue to use these guys! Bravo!

The singing/shrieking water heater had no expansion tank, substandard piping and connections, substitute 3500W elements intead of the required 4500 set and the internal pressure was so strong it forced steam through the elements, causing rust throughout the electrical components. Other builder/inspector fails too depressing to go over again. Also had to replace the cheap and dead 2-1/2 year old waste disposal that wasn't wired or plumbed correctly. The GOOD NEWS is that Jamie and Co. are honest and the closest to being prefectionist without requiring medication. At least now I don't have to wait for the hot water heater to explode. It's not an option with a textbook perfect installation.

Great job at a great price. Really liked his hustle attitude and work ethic. I would use him for any AC/Heating job in future.

The team was courteous, honest, and efficient. The day our first baby came in from the hospital, with family in from across the country, a spoon was stuck in the disposal and turned on. The unit stopped functioning and called to replace it because my wife needed no additional stress. They arrived on time and recommended I simply fix the machine. I did so and he even showed me what to do for the next time providing me a simple specialized tool and all. Was more than happy to replace the whole unit like I asked but they instead chose to save me money and in turn, won my future business.
