Work performed passed inspection by city inspector 1st time. Jamie, owner, also guaranteed that if did not pass inspection, all additional fees would be covered by him. (Not needed as they did the job right 1st time). Jamie personally supervised and participated in work process. No hidden charges, no add-ons. Final bill was as quoted. Price was fair and lower than competitor's bids. Work was accomplished on schedule and as promised. Jamie, owner, and all employees encountered were pleasant and competent. Overall, a messy task accomplished with pleasant results. Highly recommend.

Good plumbers are hard to find so I decided to join Angie's List and found EZ Flow and from the good reviews decided to give them a call. I first got voicemail and left a message. Jamie returned my call within 30 minutes and apologized for the delay. I told him the scope of work and he said he would have the office call me to schedule an appointment. This was on Friday morning. They called and said they could be there first thing Monday morning. I was amazed as I was prepared to wait. That Monday Jamie showed up as promised. He was very nice and professional. After showing him all the issues he was most concerned about the water pressure issue and described what it would take to diagnose and hopefully repair. It was more than our budget could bear so we decided to wait on this. When I told him we were planning on taking out the fiberglass shower at some point and putting in tile he was very helpful and spent some time giving me some pointers and offered to come back to address this issue at that time. He repaired the toilet in the master bath and the leak under the sink. He explained that in order for the seal and caulking to set properly we needed to not use this toilet for a couple of days. He explained that he would be back on Friday to repair the other toilet so we could use it while the main one set. He did not make me pay a penny. He was back on Friday as promised and finished the job. His work was excellent and he only charged us $150. I would HIGHLY recommend Jamie for any and all plumbing needs you have!!!!!

Jamie was excellent at containing the mess, not leaving dings in the wall, cleaning up everything during and after the work, and being polite and professional. He was very upbeat and took pride in his work.

Ez Flow worked with my schedule and showed up on time. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. We did not have a garbage disposal before so he explained to us how to keep it clean and last longer. I will call EZ Flow for for all future plumbing and will recommend him.

My husband and I bought a house after a couple days we had sewer backing up in master bath. We called a different plumbing company who charged us 250 to snake our drain. That worked for a couple days and it happened again. They came back out and did the same thing again. The next day it backed up again this time I was told the only thing I could do was to put in a main clean out and then scope it to find the problem... This would cost 1200, that's just to find out whats wrong. I was told to call EZ Flow. Jamie came out quickly. He found the lines (which the other comp couldn't) in just a few minutes. He gave us an estimate which was the lowest of the 4 I called. Jamie was knowledgeable and professional. He and his guys showed up on time and finished the job with no mess. I highly recommend Ez Flow Plumbing.

I refusedWe called this company on the recommendation of a friend of my wife, Owner, Mr. Jamie Walsh came to our farm in Elsanor-about 45 miles or so from Mobile. He was about 3 0r 4 hours late-we had made s;pecial effort to be there before the appointment time. Very pleasant, did a nice job. Got and paid the bill, no details to speak of like cost of unit, etc. total of 851.90. Cannot comment too much on price-don"t know if ours was only job on the way, etc. MY main concern was when I noticed on Angies list on a large spread about his company indicating $10.00 discount for seniors (80 & 75) & 11% discount for first customers or job-which we were. Mr Walsh did not mention either. Found this to be a little disconcerting that the owner would not mention these discounts to two senior citizens. I printedout the 11% coupon & my wife suggested I take it yo the company, but i refused- The 100.00 or so would not bother me that much, but Ihave 3 homes, one in Mobile & two in Baldwin County & wii not use him again. That with word of mouth wii cost him much more in the future.

I was called early on the day of the appointment to let me know when to expect the plumber. The plumber arrived right on time & got immediately to work. He cleaned up the area after removing the old faucets before he installed the new faucets & then cleaned up after himself, removing all trash, etc. He was very knowledgeable about sewer systems. I was impressed by his knowledge, efficiency, & courtesy.

My husband got three estimates and Jamie had the lowest price.$250 less than one and $50 less than the other.He and Don showed up at the promised time the next day after coming out to give the estimate.They were very professional and got right to work.They disconnected and removed two existing water heaters.Installed the tankless water heater system,re-routing all of the lines throughout.They also installed a water line out to our pool.They were very professional,courteous and Jamie wanted to be certain everything was just right.We are very pleased with their work and would definitely call them again.

My experience with EZ-Flow Plumbing & Drain Cleaning was excellent. They did a good job. It was absolutely terrific. He was on time and he wasn't messy. It was perfect. He is honest and very dependable.

EXCELLENT SERVICE - HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The appointment desk communication was extremely courteous, the service provider Jamie Walsh, was punctual, very professional and a pleasure to work with! He immediately diagnosed our leak source, had the parts to repair with him, fixed it and even replaced all of our under-sink supplies that were taken out. Jamie also offered maintenance advice on another plumbing-related fixture on our property, a sewer grinder. (Most developments do not have these and if you don't be very thankful!) He was very upfront about the cost and the repair was extremely reasonably priced! I would recommend Jamie and his staff to everyone seeking a true, knowledgable, and courteous plumber - particularly since plumbing situations have the potential to need immediate attention and it can be a stressful event to the homeowner. You can trust that your issue would be in good hands!

The house is tri-level. A problem existed in turning the shower/tub valves off, dripping occurred. A water stain was noted on the bottom floor from the vicinity of the upstairs bathroom. EZ plumbing came to perform an needs assessment (free of cost). I pointed out what the problems were and I was given multiple options regarding methods (time and cost options) that could be used to solve the problems. We needed a couple of months to get ready for changes. EZ plumbing did not harass me, they called back three months after initial assessment as decided upon to see if my husband and I were ready for changes. A payment plan without interest was offered, as well as cash. The team arrived on time, very professional, the job was completed without any "clean-up" on my part. We love the new plumbing features, and recommend this company for plumbing needs.
