+ -1 moreAfter spending overall approx: $12,000 on this fireplace ( isokern, dec. stone, shakes on ext. , chase/cap, labor and materials ) we have one big living room decoration. The fireplace can't even be used until we have it re-done the correct way. Very disappointing in a new home.
Description of Work: We had an isokern fireplace system installed. This company never gave us an owner's manual, lied about what would be provided in regards to materials and labor. Would not return calls. Did not show up for appointments, installed broken components, etc..
