 + -1 moreEstimate one day and started work the next day. very proficient. though I am shocked at the prices, it was professional work . The two man crew stayed on the job. and finish with end 1 1/2 weeks. worked very hard. Both carport and living room floor!- very impressed with the quality of work and the materials used! They also cleaned up after themselves; with the work area cleaned up everyday! I highly recommend Delta , and will use them again and again!!! NO! I am not related to Lou the owner of Delta,,, ha!
Description of Work: Removed floor and sub floor and bad jousts due to moisture damage in living room ; replaced sub-floor and jousts , added a middle beam . jacked up fireplace and leveled . Also rebuilt outside carport roof -covering day- room connected to the carport.

 + -1 moreDelta gives warnity for their work. They came back out a couple times to level areas that weren't leveled at no extra charge. I do have an old home being renovated and it was in bad shape and a few structural changes had been made inside.

 + -1 moreLeveling, foundation work and dry rot repair on time within budget. Roof subcontractor's low price was not worth it. Will not use again unless I see new roofing subcontractors' work.
Description of Work: Leveled house, repaired piers, added piers, repaired dry rotted mud sills. Sub-contracted new roof.
