+ -1 moreWe have self propelled lawn mover. For some reason the self propeller stopped working. We have heard about the cottage hill lawn equipment co.It was Saturday when we were at their shop. Looks like Saturdays are busy day at this lawn company. People were courteous and gave us full attention and wrote down every bit of the issues that we told them about our lawn mover. They gave us the schedule time to pick up. They fixed everything which was wrong with the lawn mover. At the time of pick up, they even told us the maintenance that we should do, and if the issue arise again how to fix it ourselves.
Description of Work: Our lawn mover was not working properly. We went to cottage hill lawn equipment company. They fixed the lawn mover but at the same time gave us instructions on how to maintain it properly so that t does not break again.

The only thing not really happy about is that the pull rope assembly that replaced a perfect looking one that was red and shiny, was dented and looked like an dul- red used part. I am happy, though, to have a good working lawn mower as the result of their repair. I will use them for further repairs....

+ -1 moreThey had my equipment for a week when I called to check on the status of the repairs, at that time they informed me that they only worked on mowers on a certain day of the week, weedeaters on another day...etc. This was not explained to me up front. I waited and called the next week and they still hadn't looked at MY equipment. The next week, they told me that the parts for the weedeater were on back order. I was very frustrated and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: They picked up my broken riding mower and also took my weedeater to repair. They couldn't find the problem with my mower and I had to wait several weeks for the parts for my weedeater to come in. They delivered my mower to a John Deere dealer/repair shop and that shop discovered the problem within 24 hours.
