+ -1 moreI have a monthly contract with them for pest control. I also have a yearly contract for exterminating. I see them quite often. They always call to let us know they are coming. They just had a rate increase awhile back. In fact I called them today and my son is looking for someone. If I refer him, they will give me a $25 discount off of my bill.
Description of Work: They come out every three months to check for termites and every 30 days to sort of wipe the house down. They eradicate ant beds, wasps nest's, and things to that nature.

Description of Work: Inspection of house and great educational information about termites, and insecticides. Inspector has me reviewing current Termite Bond and provided great information. Not sure if I will need their service in the future, but wonderful job and put me a ease, no high pressure sales pitches, just information and things to watch for.

+ -1 moreWe pay $70 a month for mosquito and pest control. We pay $120 a year for termite control. They are reasonable. They have come out to house that we are looking at buying to check if there is any termite damage and things we should know. They went above than what they had to do.
