All work was professionally completed. The guys were great. They knew what to do and had the equipment to do the job.

I emailed Coastal and got a response from Josh within 12 hours. He came out the next day (on a Saturday!) to review my problem and give me an estimate. He quoted me the best price (by far!) of the three places I contacted. He also said he'd take care of it as soon as he could. We ended up responding back and forth as I worked out some issues and questions with timing and things and he was very helpful, responsive and patient. He and his team even showed up a bit earlier than they said they would. He worked with me that day (it was extremely cold and my wife was caring for our newborn and our house was without power while they worked so we had to get it reconnected and it was a whole ordeal) to do everything efficiently and I believe they even finished a bit quicker than he estimated. I am very grateful to have a good guy and company like this to call on when needed. My job was a huge oak that was leaning towards my house. It was in a kind of land-locked area behind a bunch of houses, so it was very difficult. All the companies said no vehicle or bobcat or anything could get back there, so that made it more expensive. It was a difficult job and they took care of it safely and in good time.

Josh and his crew did a great job. I received price quote on a Friday (same day I called) to remove a large oak tree and the job was scheduled and complete on the following Tuesday. Josh followed through on everything he said he would do. Wish all of my contracted jobs would go this smoothly. I will be recommending him to all my friends when they are looking for tree trimming/removal referrals.

Josh and his crew are a great group of guys. I had never used a referral type web site before but it worked very well. Coastal had great reviews so I gave them a try. Josh was quick to respond and once in my yard I knew he was the right guy, Very knowledgeable about the the business listened to what I wanted made great recommendations to make things even better all that with a great price. The day he and his crew were to arrive he verified the day before and was on time the morning of. His guys are very professional but also just down to earth hard working guys. Very respectful and it was obvious they had great pride it what they were doing. They were very careful as they worked being careful with my house flower bed driveway animals in the yard everything. When they finished they completely cleaned everything up you couldn’t tell they had been there other then the newly trimmed and missing trees. I don’t have to do a thing and Josh promised me that from the beginning. Do not hesitate to use Coastal Tree Service I shopped around called for 4 estimates they were the best price the best guys and did the best job so I highly recommend save yourself time and trouble just call them. These guys did such a great job I was more then happy to give a nice tip to each of them you will want to also they earn it by going above and beyond in every way.
