Description of Work: We have light cleaning done every 3-4 weeks, and occasionally extra cleaning before or after having house guests. The owner is flexible about when she/her staff can come and clean which is convenient. The house usually smells very clean after she is finished; the bathrooms and kitchens are always well done, but the dusting is not always the best. The owner often calls to check on the quality of the job and offers to follow up on any complaints. Overall, very good service for a reasonable price.

+ -1 moreVery disappointed. The estimate went well and the company seemed very professional. When returning home I had no sense that the cleaners had even come. The house didnt smell clean, bookshelves still dusty, cleaning cloths left behind, cobwebs still in place. Not happy at all. They apparently spent time doing things not discussed during estimate.
Description of Work: Whole house deep clean.

Description of Work: VERY PROFESSIONAL. ALWAYS CALLS A DAY OR TWO BEFORE TO INSURE SHE WILL NOT INTERFERE WITH THE RESIDENT'S LIFE. STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND GRACIOUS AND DOES SPECIAL THINGS FROM TIME TO TIME AS REQUESTED. THE OWNER, ELISE ATKINS, CHECKS FREQUENTLY, ESPECIALLY WHEN ESTABLISHING A NEW CUSTOMER TO INSURE THAT THE CLEANING HAS BEEN DONE TO YOUR SATISFACTION.
