They came to our house, looked at the area, explained what they would do, and gave us a price. They followed through with everything, but still need to come back for one last visit this week as described in the contract. I feel sure if we have any more problems, all we have to do is call them.

They do an excellent job. I don't have any bugs. They're very timely. They've been coming for a couple of years. The personnel are very nice.

I am very pleased with Bug Master. I have used them for about 10 years. Their service is quarterly. They are excellent. I don't have any bugs. They do their job. Nothing comes in from outside. They are always here when they say they are going to be. The people who come to do the spraying are very professional. It is all very well coordinated.

I chose not to renew with Bugmaster and have changed to another company.

IN SHORT.. BUGMASTERS did not do a quality job.....We used to have a termite contract (bond) through BugMasters, which we inherited from the former owner of our house. We renewed our contract with the company for the first year we owned our house, but switched to another company after the second year. In general, I got the impression BugMasters was just going through the motions during the annual inspection; it did not appear thorough (the inspector quickly walked around the inside of the first level of our house with a pin light; he said he didn't need to see the second floor or attic). The annual termite contract price also seemed a bit high ($324). For our third year, I really researched the market. I also checked out Terminix, but was very underimpressed with the knowledge of the salesrep. I chose Hadley Pest Control because I was very impressed with the knowledge of the technicians. Also, they supplement their inspections with a trained termite dog who can detect the presence of termites in walls before the pinholes appear (which traditional Terminix or BugMaster inspectors look for). During their inspection, they located a couple of areas where BugMasters had not sealed off the Termidor pesticide holes (the technician will dig these holes at regular intervals around the house, fill them with the pesticide, and then are SUPPOSED to fill the holes with mortar.) You can always tell if a technician is sloppy if they don't fill all the holes that they create. These unfilled holes later can become an entry point for termites to enter your home!!!! We paid $1125 for placing our home under contract, with a $165 annual renewal for a 10-yr bond with Hadley Pest Conrol.

Everyone from office to tech was friendly and professional. Showed up exactly when they were supposed and did thorough job. Tech also gave an estimate for another service at my request.(fungus removal) However treatment was costly and when I declined , he gave advice on alternative home treatments.

I fired their predecessors so I really like them. They are here when they say they are going to be here. They do inside and outside and get their billing straight; the other company didn't. I will use them again in the future.

Billy was amazing, the office staff is professional and pleasant, and the termite team was fast and was so careful of the landscaping. Billy does our pest control and you couldn't ask for a more prossfesional person. On time and so helpful, just can't say enough about this wonderful experience!!!!

We really like them. They are real nice and really polite. They come when they say they will. They are reliable and it seems to work.

They always come out when they say they would. I like the way they do their job. They just come in and get the job done without wasting any time. They cover the house really well. I can't think of anything that I dislike about them. I haven't had any problems with them at all. The quality of their work is good. Their price is excellent compared to other companies. It's very competitive.

We are "on hold" at this time. Haven't hired anyone at this point.

I recently moved to an older house. The mortgage lender wanted me to get a termite bond. I shopped around and Bugmaster gave the most competitive quote. They came out the next day and inspected my house thoroughly. They even spent a long time in the crawlspace checking out the house. Then they came the next day and treated my house fully for termites. I recently had them out again as a follow up inspection, no problems found. They came when they said they would and did what they promised.
