Blue Haven Pools

Do not recommend Haven Pools. My pool project is going on 3 months, still not completed, and I was quoted originally 6 weeks. Project Manager is Austin and he is completely non-responsive. My fence was damaged by the company 3 months ago and still not repaired. If you want to pay $70k for a pool and be ignored then this is your company.

They left us with cracks all over our pool and a patio where water pools. The process was supposed to take 8-10 weeks and ended up taking 6+ months. They charged us 80k for faulty work. Do not use them.

Not very well ,poor quality the pool decking which is concrete has holes and cracks and rocks showing. The drains are crooked. Plaster is bad. If anyone would like to see there work, please let me know you can view it anytime.

As a homeowner, I know first hand all of the emotions that come along with searching for not only the perfect pool, but a fair and trustworthy company as well. I am here to give you a very honest review. If you are expecting a project of this size to be smooth sailing, you are setting yourself up for a disaster before you even start designing your pool. Be open minded and patient from the very beginning. I have wanted a pool my entire life and when we started our design, yesterday wasn't fast enough for me to have it built and ready to swim in. I will start with the design. Aimee and Kelly were great. They answered all of our questions and even changed our design last minute due to the dreaded septic tank. They answered our calls and text promptly and helped design a beautiful pool. When I had questions after their part was finished, they still responded. Our pool manager, Richard was new in his position at the time, but we would never have known had he not told us. He was exceptional. He was extremely polite and stayed right with us during the process. There were some things that did not go like planned. Actually, there were many things. This caused my husband and I to have quiet a few doubts. Every step in building the pool was done by a different crew and although each crew worked very hard, there were just things that did not work out the way they were expected to. This is why it is important to be patient during this process. Also, be kind, these crew members are working hard and projects this large, will have hiccups. The important thing is, EVERY. SINGLE. ISSUE. was resolved! The empty feeling that my husband and I experienced during the uncertainty of if we were going to just be left hanging and unhappy was a real feeling. Richard did his part to resolve the areas he could and a simple email to the company was all it took for us to have reassurance that our issues would be resolved. They were resolved and that is all we could ask for. If you choose Bluehaven pools, and you should, just know that they really do care about their customers and will do their part to make their customers 100% satisfied. Let me add, that the issues that were handled for us, were handled after we had signed the completion document. I was hesitant to sign before it was complete, but it is required before the plaster can be poured. They still came out and handled everything that we were not satisfied with even after it was technically finished. The bottom line is Bluehaven pools and their team have built us a beautiful pool, that is just the way they promised and are good for their word. We will definitely use this company again if we ever do sell our place and build a new home. Please remember to be patient and kind through this process. It will be just the way you dreamed of in the end!

We are in love with our new backyard and pool. We did a lot of research to choose a pool contractor for our job and we are so happy we chose Blue Haven. If you are considering a Gunite pool in your back yard you have to pick Blue Haven. Seriously, these guys are over the top reliable and fair. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and hard working. Blue Haven REALLY values customer service and satisfaction. We liked them so much we hired them to perform weekly maintenance on our pool.

Very poor construction and overall experience. During construction, owner would comment that he would be back on Monday to correct a problem and 2 weeks later we were still trying to tiem him down to a date.
