Description of Work: I had a pillow sewn for an embroidery project; the sewing was very good and the price was fair. I followed up with fabric to make a bedspread that I could embroider and 4 weeks after I left the fabric, thread and lace it had not been started. Granted the family had some personal health issues going on, but I had to request the return of my goods so I could find someone else to sew the spread. I was given different dates to expect it, none of which worked. I would have preferred an un-front admission that a firm date couldn't be provided, so I could stop wasting time and pursue another person willing to make my spread.

+ 0 moreAs you can see they have done several jobs for us.This is a family owned business. We have always been very satisfied. They review the work you want and give you a quote at that time; payment is made at pickup. They have always been very careful to understand what you want done and take notes to ensure they have the information. Patch placement on vests is critical and they actually tape the patch in place to be sure they have it correct before you leave. They give you a quote that is the final price unless unexpected issues show up during the work. They then check with you first. They give you a expected time when it will be ready but also call you to let you know when the project is done. In some cases they will do work while you wait. Price is always reasonable and you could not ask for friendlier people. I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: 1) Altered length of riding chaps and made a pair of earrings from selected stones. 2) Sewed patches on leather and denim vests. 3) removed sleeves from denim jacket to make it a vest 4) Installed eyelets down sides of leather jacket to hold leather lacing
