 + -1 moreThe selection process went fine. The shop was overbooked and the one office staff person forgot to order all the material. This led to a delay of over six weeks before install. I asked for one additional detail over one month ago. The only response I have gotten has been to call back. Owner did not even know about the request when I spoke to him in person.
Description of Work: Cut and installed granite countertops.
