pool cleaners
+ -1 moreWe have dealt with this company twice. Each time we have had the same experiences with them They never come to our house when they say they will. We call them about concerns we are having about the work done or the parts they used to fix our pool and never answer their business phone and reluctantly return calls when it is convenient for them. They will show up at the house without any prior notification, so they screw up your schedule. The wife can be rude when returning calls apparently it messes up her schedule. We believe we are being overcharged for parts used.
Description of Work: My husband are continuing to do battle with these morons. My husband today called the Pool company that recommended them to us to tell them of the lousy service. We have used them before twice and they had been okay but never great. This time they have left us with the wrong motor for our pool so now it only works on High filter and a Polaris unit that doesn't work at all. We have been trying to call them for three weeks and I believe they are screening their calls so they do not have to talk to us. My husband called them from his work phone so they did not recognize the # so they answered it and quickly hung up after hearing who it was. Please do not use these people because they will rip you off like they did us. They also call themselves "Paradise Pools" so beware"!
