+ -1 moreHe didnt show up and didn't c a ll. When he finally called and we went ahead and let them cut. The guy that cut the backyard completely cut it with the blade up and never noticed that it hadn't cut anything. My husband told him it was the samee. They as ll look and sound messed up.

Tad was very professional, showed up when he said he would, gave us a good price for the work done and did a great job. He helped me decide exactly what I wanted and it turned out beautifully. We won't hesitate to use Applaudable landscape in the future!

+ -1 moreHe has come back to me since then and asked to reinstate contract stating he had matured and would provide better service. I did not accept his offer.
Description of Work: Missed service on a neighborhood common area several times even though we had a signed contract for weekly service. Tried to charge extra for after hurricane clean up even though he had missed several weeks during that summer. Was terminated immediately and left debris sitting.

Description of Work: Applaudable Landscaping turned my eyesore of a backyard into a serene, beautiful place to spend time with my friends and family. I received three bids to do the job; and Appaudable was quick to respond to my call, review my requests and recommend a plan. In fact we went through several plans before we got to the right look and price. My yard was a mess. It had big bald spots, overgrown shrubs, stumps, lots of old bricks. Worst of all the yard slopped toward the house and back door where water pooled every time it rained, making it sloppy to get in and out of the house everyday. Applaudable helped me narrow down what I really wanted and most of all needed in the yard. Within a week I had a beautiful patio and walkway that drain away from the house, healthy plants in new soil thickly mulched in pine straw. The bald spots were gone; covered with really nice sod. What was an ordinary hard rectangle of a yard was transformed into private, welcoming, and softly sculpted retreat for my family. Give them a call you won't be disappointed.

+ 1 moreI've got three quotes, but he followed up very quickly. He came to my house and talked me through lots and lots of options. He offers very personalized service. He was willing to work with my budget, had great ideas, and helped me focus on what I really wanted and put the project in stages.
Description of Work: I have got a quote from Applaudable Landscaping and Maintenance for building a patio, fixing some drainage issues in my back yard, and cleaning up old overgrown shrubbery.

Description of Work: They put in landscaping in the front yard and did a general clean up. They also did some general mowing over the summer.

+ 0 moreThe quality of Tad's work is superb. They did everything we asked and completed each task with the utmost attention to detail. When we researched how much it would cost us to have someone JUST haul everything off, it was going to be at least $250 and that was if we did all the work, so we felt like we definitely got our money's worth. Tad is a clean-cut guy, who is intelligent, articulate and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to hire him again!
Description of Work: Tad and his crew removed a medium sized tree, cleared a lot of over-growth that had gotten away from us including the awful running bamboo that is forever a headache to us (the neighbors planted it). They also removed some piles of stuff we had cut down last year plus a bunch of junk that had piled up in our storage building. They hauled everything off and left our yard looking nice and clean.
