I read the reviews before I entered the store and was very hesitate to shop there. I went in and asked about the reviews, the saleswoman as well as for Williams himself were shocked by the bad reviews. When reading the bad reviews the employees there including the owner did the exact opposite of what I thought they would do, I thought that they would start descending their store and trash talking the people that wrote a bad review. I was completely wrong, they were very upset and simply stated that they hated to see bad reviews because H one of the employees give a hundred percent of themselves and the store to each and every customer no matter how much or how little that they spend. I saw that first hand I had a very small budget and they treated me as if I were spending $1,000,000. If the installation process goes as smoothly and I was wonderfully as the beginning has Americas carpet has a5 star rating from this lady I wrote the review just before this one 2 weeks ago. They "wined and dined" me. I went against better judgment and bought the carpet. The installation was pushed back 4 hours and then took allday bc the men stood outside smoking and talking. The job was suppose to take a totoal of 3-4 hours and it took 8 1/2. The carpet was suppose to be hauled off and when they left the carpet by the side of the road I received a citation for the "trash" by the road. I called American carpet and my salesman said that we never discussed the disposal and that I was a liar. I got upset and told him that I knew I shouldnt have done business with them. He said well Don (the owner) said he didnt want the old carpet and then hung up on me. I called back 2/3 times and every time someone answered the phone and asked who it was they hung up on me. Please please please dont let the charm fool you
