Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment for an estimate on March 29th. As of today, April 6th, Ryan hasn't showed up or returned my calls.

Description of Work: I was unable to do my yard for almost three weeks. It is a large yard and it was a hot mess. Ryan and his team came in and did such a wonderful job. They were quick but very thorough job. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Description of Work: Ryan Nolen came out to the house to provide the estimate. He was punctual and very professional. His estimate was fair and very affordable. His workers came out the next morning and started on the work (a LOT of bush trimming, grass cutting, edging, and removal of debris). They, too, were very professional and asked me if there was anything else they could do while at my home. A SHARPER IMAGE will be back for continuous lawn care. Their price for routine lawn maintenance cannot be beaten.

Arrived as scheduled and immediately performed an excellent job (originally, he was just scheduled to come by and give us a quote, but when we were satisfied with his quote, he was able to immediately start work). Our lawn looks fantastic. Cutting, edging, trimming hedges, getting our flower beds in order--a fast and excellent job. We will definitely use his services again.

Description of Work: Removing vines and out-of-control ground cover, cutting back roses and other shrubs, trimming sego palms -- generally cleaning out a significantly overgrown yard. They also cut back trees in several locations to keep the branches from damaging the roof.

Description of Work: Ryan and his crew cleaned and dressed our acre+ lot that hadn't had much attention in several years. They pruned shrubs and trees, pulled down vines, edged, cut grass, removed trash and made the place look fantastic. They hauled off 3 loads of debris in their 18 foot trailer! Their prices were reasonable and their work was excellent. Because of the good experience with the yard clean-up, I wanted them to help me some more as I had a big job to do getting the house brought up to date. They power washed our roof (yes! Ryan knows how to do it; didn't lose anymore grit that we do in a hard rain) and the entire house and enclosed carport. Also the patio and pool areas. The roof looks fantastic and the house looks new. I was intending to do some painting in preparation for having gutters installed, and as they had a day available, I had them do the painting. Ryan did the work himself and caulked all holes from the previous gutters, replaced some rotten boards and painted the facia. All this while we were receiving daily downpours! They were very responsive to all my requests and made sure the job was done to my satisfaction. He is now maintaining the yard and it's becoming more attractive every month.

Description of Work: They tamed 3 hedge rows of unruly Rotunda Hollies, stopped an avalanche of Russian Olives that threatened to collaspe a 6 ft chain link fence, trimmed and sculpted 4 out of control Cleyears, cut 6 ft off a giant Lopetalum to better fit the fence corner it inhabited, cut bushes and trees to open up a secluded area for a future sitting area. They cleaned up and hauled off a 18 ft trailer full of debris.All in about 6 hours.

Description of Work: Cut grass. Weeded. Bagged leaves and weeds. Blew off sidewalks. Trimmed the hedge and ivy in the front. Cut the overgrowth of vine along the back fence. Overall, the work took 7 hours for 2 people. Ongoing maintenance from this point forward includes grass cutting, hedge trimming, edge trimming, and hauling away of excess leaves and plant material.
