+ -1 moreI don't really like what they did. He took the AC cover off of it and let the air get to it. I would not recommend them. I don't have trust in what they say. They were responsive.
Description of Work: They were supposed to come and look at an AC that was not cooling and didn't do a good job with diagnosing it.

Description of Work: Made several appointments but they never showed up, never called, made us feel like a nusciance. I will not use them again and will not recommend them.

+ -1 moreIt was good. It cost us $189 because we didn't have any type of maintenance deal with them. They didn't beat around the bush. They went to the point. They explained what they had to do. They didn't use technical terms that only people at their industry would understand. Even though they were a little backed up, they didn't boost us over to the next day. They understood it was an emergency and they came on out. We didn't have a maintenance agreement or a home warranty or anything like that; they just came on out anyway. They didn't try to gut us.
Description of Work: They came out and they serviced our system immediately. The system was set to shut down and they came out and serviced it and cleaned it. They cleaned enough so the system would reactivate and they checked on the charging and the Freon. They got the system back up and ready.

Description of Work: They unplugged the drain on the system, cleaned all the filters and checked the unit.

ALSO THEIR NEW BROCHURE SAYS THEY OFFER OTHER HOMEOWNER SERVICES AS WELL. SO GIVE THEM A TRY.
Description of Work: WORKED ON MY AIR UNIT. SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE. AS ALWAYS DID A SUPERIOR JOB. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM SINCE I BOUGHT MY HOME YEARS AGO AND THEY HAVE NEVER FAILED ME. AS YOU CAN SEE TODAY IS A HOLIDAY AND THEY WERE WORKING. THEY STAY ON THE JOB UNTIL YOUR PROBLEM IS SOLVED. AND IF ITS SOMETHING THAT WILL TAKE ADDITIONAL TIME THEY WILL CONSIDER YOUR SCHEDULE IN ORDER TO COMPLETE.

+ -1 moreThe next day I got another air-conditioner repair person to come out and he had it up and running in a very short time, after repairing leaks in the suction line and liquid line of the outside unit. He also replaced the capacitors in the outside unit as well. It has been over a month and my air conditioner has never run better.
Description of Work: In May I called Same Day Heating & Air out to fix my air conditioner unit. Mr Cain came out and cleaned the a/c blower and the outside unit, charging me 500 dollars which included Freon and other services. The unit failed again approximately five weeks later. Thinking that he should back up his service from the last visit I called him out again. He came out and told me my air conditioner was irreparable he charged me 150 dollars for this visit. He tried to sell me a new system for 5800 dollars.

Description of Work: THEY WERE THE COMPANY ON MY HOME WARRANTY WHEN I PURCHASED MY HOME 3 YEARS AGO. MY A/C UNIT WAS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY AND THEY CAME TO SERVICE THE UNIT. ONCE THE TIME WAS UP ON HOME WARRANTY I DID NOT RENEW IT BUT I DID PICK UP THE MAINTENANCE PLAN WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF THEIR WORK ETHIC. THEY HAVE NEVER LET ME DOWN. AND I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID THE JOB AND RETURNED UNTIL THE NEW UNIT WORKED TO MY SATISFACTION. THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY WORKED WITH ME ON APPOINTMENT TIMES SINCE I WORK 8-5 M-F. THE OFFICE STAFF WAS ALSO GREAT AT EXPLAINING ANYTHING I ASKED ABOUT. I PICKED UP THEIR SERVICE CONTRACT FOR MY UNIT BECAUSE OF THEIR WORK ETHIC. I JUST HAD MY UNIT SERVICED FOR THE SUMMER 2011 AND AGAIN THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: NEW UNIT REPLACED THRU NEW HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE POLICY AFTER FAILURE OF UNIT'S PREFORMANCE. THEY WERE RECOMMENDED BY THE INSURANCE GROUP PROVIDED BY THE SELLER OF MY NEW HOME
