 + -1 moreOverall, Alan was great. He provided excellent customer service and even when I contacted them at 10:00 at night to leave a message for a return call, he called right back that night. He finished removing our old unit and installed the new one and a programmable thermostat after 3 days. He was dedicated to the job and took his time. I'm sure if we'd gone with a larger company our unit would've been installed in fewer days. However, I'd much rather have someone who will take their time and do the job right the first time. So far, we've had no problems with the unit.
Description of Work: Initially, we contacted the company to provide a 3rd opinion on our inoperable HVAC unit. Unlike other companies, Alan provided us with his opinion on what we should do, but gave us all of the facts and figures around either repairing the outdated unit or purchasing a new unit. In giving us feedback on if we decided to repair, Alan provided all of the steps and costs that it would possibly take to even try to diagnose and then fix the issues if it ended up being a cut and dry issue. He also provided the costs and ample information regarding the types of units he had to offer and the differences in each and what would be our best option. After considering all 3 company opinions, we decided to go with getting a new unit. After reviewing estimates from 6 other companies including Comfort Climate Service, we selected them as they were our best and least expensive offer considering the number of years we were planning to remain in the home, unit brand, labor and parts warranty, install time, costs and customer reviews via Angie's List and other websites.

 + -1 moreAlan and the folks at Comfort Climate Service do excellent work! For the past three summers we've had trouble with regulating the AC airflow throughout our home. Other service companies recommended we purchase a new unit at a cost of $8-10,000. Alan came in and worked his magic and now we're chillin' in the AC--temperature is even throughout the whole house! Comfort Climate Service is a great company to do business with! They have installed a few new units and maintain all of them at Central Assembly of God in Huntsville. They are dependable, trustworthy and competitively priced. You won't go wrong with Alan Hudson and Comfort Climate Service!
Description of Work: Installed new units at our church as well as maintain all of them. Also regulated AC airflow at our home.
