septic tank
+ -1 moreProblem occured on a Saturday. Called around to find someone to pump the tank and came upon the only one that would answer the phone on a Saturday. It took a while for them to show up since they where very busy, but when their technician arrived he rolled out the hoses and got it done. He could have just pumped the tank and left; he instead made some suggestions to improve the performance of the tank. I have since implemented those ideas. Thanks Tierce Industrial Services for a job well done and for going the extra mile to help improve my septic system.
