+ -1 moreNice guy and great personality, Master plumber he is not, was leaking outside before he came and inside the house after he left. I called him and told him that it was now leaking inside the house and his reply was he could come back on Friday, 2 days later. I had to call another plumber to repair the damage he did. The pipe was cross threaded going into the house where it was now leaking and fitting were barely screwed into Mating fittings. He charged me $185.00 for just over an hours work and all he used was a couple pieces of old or used galvanized pipe and a new outside faucet ..... He must have seen my BMW in the carport. I was as nice as I could be filling this out but very tired of these contractors takinging advantage of us.

Description of Work: We have used Mr Purdy's services several times in the past, so when a toilet wand refill came off and lodged in the commode out of reach, we called Mr Purdy to see if he could fix it. He was actually on vacation out of state over the weekend when we called but told us he'd call us first thing Monday morning. Now most of the time when people say they will call you back.. you don't hear from them again. Not so with Mr Purdy. I had a call from him bright and early the following Monday and he came out right away to solve my problem. He is always prompt, professional and courteous. I have never seen him anything but polite and cheerful; a pleasure to do business with!! We have used him several times over the years for a variety of plumbing needs and will continue to call on him as the need arises.

Description of Work: Russell Purdy Master Plumber did plumbing repairs and he’s done some work installing handicapped fixtures. He installed a toilet that complies with standards for the handicapped. He also installed grab bars in the bathroom for my 90 year old mother.
