J.C. Electric LLC

We've hired J.C. Electric again and were well aware of their excellent work performance and attention to detail. When we asked for an estimate we were very surprised at the actual detail shown in the estimate. I mean you could almost see them doing the work from the estimate. On time, friendly, not bothersome, polite. Not sure how to say this, but their attitude at what they were doing was excellent. All in all; glad we went with them again. Clean up! Started on time; said it would take 2 days. Asked Robert when he felt they'd be finished on the second: by 3 PM - they were fished and entirely cleaned up by 2:40. Pretty good I'd say. Very professional and no wasted time away from the job except for their lunch break. I did not have to clean up at all. Am currently getting another estimate for additional work on our property. He and Justin seemed like they enjoyed what they were getting into.

We had purchased older home with major electrical problems and safety hazards. JC Electric gave us a detailed estimate of charges. Robert the electrician showed up on time and worked non stop. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. I would recommend this company to anyone who has electrical needs. AAA and professional.

They’re very professional and they worked efficiently. They do call ahead of the appointment to let me know when they plan on arriving. I see no areas of improvement.

I highly recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant experience with an electrical company to call JC Electric. I have called on some other electrical companies before and was disappointed with the initial call, the pricing,the service itself...for example sending out an inexperienced technician by himself before he was ready, no eye contact, no good explanations of job process, just wham bam thank you mam attitude and out the door. Calling JC Electric was the best call I could have made, it was the difference between night and day! I am an older woman who lives alone and I was anxious having a strange man in the house. When they knocked on my door, the first thing I saw was good eye contact, a smile, followed by a greeting, an introduction and a firm hand shake. That little bit of extra effort goes a long way at putting you at ease. Every step of the process was professional starting from the initial contact with a very pleasant receptionist, to the extremely quick turn around time, to job completion.I was very impressed with the excellent customer service of all the team members working together efficiently like a finely tuned machine. JC Electric is an amazing company that has everything going for them, excellent customer rapport, efficient and timely service calls and very reasonable pricing. I must say the entire team went above and beyond to meet my needs in a friendly and pleasant manner. I couldn't be a happier customer!!! I will definitely be calling on JC Electric for my next project.
