Great experience !!!
Description of Work: Great company, the tech was on point! Didn't have the part but did his magic and got the system cooling again. Ordered the part Called and let us know he had the parts, showed up on time, did the repair and the system runs perfect again. He was knew he businessss in every way you could possibly expect. THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!!!!!!

Description of Work: Rip off artists!!!!! Convinced myself and my husband that we needed a new heat pump that would cost us over $ 8,000... fortunately we got another opinion. None of the so called problems they diagnosed our system with turned out to be factual. Never use them!!!!

I hate that someone feels as if we would tell them something that isn't true. However I did have a chance to visit this home myself and seen extreme mold on the system and cannot believe that another company would choose to overlook this just to tell the client what they would want to hear or even to make another company look bad. I do know that I train our team to do what they feel is right and ultimately that they do have to lay their head on their pillow at night, so do what is right and at the end of the day we will be good. I believe that this is what has made us the #1 company for HVAC service in the Tri-County area and have been able to continue to grow. I do realize that sometimes the news we have to deliver isn't news that is good, but just like a doctor doing a physical, If he finds something that could cause a problem later or a problem now what is to be done about it, is your call but it is his job to educate you and let you make your on choice. But I believe not telling you is unethical and we don't want to be unethical. So good news or bad news we have a responsibility to give you the news and the choice is yours. Some times the cheaper way isn't the best way down the road, unfortunately it is later that we realize that it actually cost us much more. People often forget that it cost a lot more to OWN a heating and air system than it does to PURCHASE one, when you factor in Utility cost and future repairs. We truly do plan on continuing to strive to get better, because we would like to please everyone, even though we know that many say this is impossible.
