Description of Work: The professionalism of this company is impressive! Each employee we spoke with was knowledgeable in their field, polite, on-time for appointments, and completely responsive to our questions. We originally asked for an inspection of the working unit in our house and evaluation of the non-working unit in our guest house/mobile home. The repair technician tried the most economical fix for the broken unit, but it failed and we chose to replace it. We did not interview any other companies because we were so impressed with Air Now. | |Since the mobile home is older, we requested that the duct work be replaced also. All work was completed as scheduled and the work areas were cleaned of all debris. We are very happy with the quality of the new unit and the work done by Air Now. There were no surprises (except for the snake that crawled out from under the house during the final inspection) and we were very pleased with Air Now and their work. We signed up for their bi-annual service plan and know that we won't have to worry about staying cool during Alabama's hot summers!

The only call I have that we ever performed for a [member name removed] was 1/31/2014 and we replaced several parts, but I guess after a year those things could be forgotten. I apologize that the tech took longer than he should have in your opinion but, we don't charge hourly so that actually makes me proud of him that he wasn't rushing. We are dealing with things that could be very harmful and I would rather him take too much time and assure things are right than to rush and we regret it later. I understand not loving our price, especially if you aren't aware of the training and time that goes into these guys, but just like a doctor has to charge for what he knows (he had to pay greatly for the certifications he has that allows him to do his job) we also don't charge for the part only. I was concerned that you rated us so low on every area and we responded very quickly and got the system up and running. I do apologize for failing to show you the value of our company, but hope that you have found a company that meets your expectations when it comes to price and all other areas.
