+ -1 moreRequested service for a particular date. The date had to be changed due to an emergency that came up (No problem on the reschedule). However, I was quoted a time, 4:30, I replied 5:00 would be perfect. All was fine. Fast forward to 6:00. No call/show. My wife called them and they were across town completing another project. Courtland, speaking with my wife, became defensive in voice, even hanging-up on my wife during the conversation. Will not use or recommend them in the future for anything. Customer service-they have none. Step 1: You could've called and rescheduled. A phone call does wonders. Step 2: Professionalism on the phone? Non-existent Step 3: When you give a time, be specific, not a blanket time "we will be there from 4:30 on? Yeah right. People have lives as well, not to sit around waiting for service.
