On the job site make sure you take good count of your property if he runs out of material does not matter if nailed down or cemented. He will take your property, he stole blocks off an retainer wall to finish the floor, for his job!

Itâ s so hard to find honest good people now days but Troy Built is the real deal. Not fancy automated BS answering service. You talk with the boss when you call. Troy did an excellent job repairing the porch and replacing the deck and stairs, sturdier than it ever was. He did not use any pre-fab components but cut all exactly to fit. Cleaned work area every day, very neat. Price was as quoted and compared to all others very reasonable. Wood was delivered on date as planned and he started the same day. If you need your porch or deck repaired, replaced or built new use Troy and you will be as satisfied as I am. Highly recommended!

I don t give many 5 star rating, but Troy has earned it. He communicates well, is faithful with scheduling, conscientious in his work, trustworthy and responsible. I don t think I ve ever been more pleased with a carpenter.

He's done work with us since 2012. Every time he's done a superb job! Always keeps in contact and shows up on time! My house is on a side of a mountain and a lot of people would come look and not want to do it, but Troy took on the challenge! Felt very confident in his service! I highly recommend Troy!
