He was prompt to my electric response. He had a lot of experience and data for the inspection. He gave me a packet with some flaws that I could take care of, if I were to purchase the home. He was thorough and I wished I could give him an A+.

Bill was very thorough. As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous, so he took the time to explain his actual inspection to me and share what his concerns were. I thought that was really nice of him, because typically inspectors would just send their report, without actually verbally explaining their report to the potential home owner.

His report was about 40-50 pages long, with detailed pictures and he was very thorough. He had the best price, out of 3 others quotes that we had received. I would like to note, that the house had been vacant for a long time and when Bill did the inspection, the gas was not turned on. We then had to contact the owner, who had to come out at another date to turn it on and then Bill was able to come back to finish the process at no additional cost.

He was very informative and discussed his opinion about my issues. He gave me some recommendations about resolving them. He gave me a list of providers to contact if I wished to do the repairs. He was upfront, honest and wanted to make sure I understood what was going on. He had a great price for his work; it was reasonable.
