Description of Work: Painted interior and exterior of my home. Also did minor handyman issues at the same time. Happy with the job they did and we would hire them again. The other company was going to do it all in 1 week but wanted $3000 more dollars to do the job.

Description of Work: This individual did a wonderful job with my home. We hired this person to paint all interior and some exterior, garage doors, carport ceiling and concrete floor w/parking pad of our home when we put it on the market for sale. I would hire her again. She was very through and trustworthy. We were able to give her a key to allow them access as we lived in another town. She called when finished. We did the walk thru. Made a few very minor comments or requests. The items were addressed. 2nd walk thru was great! Couldn't be more pleased. Just to note...this home was approx. 6500 sq. ft. and it has alot of nooks and such. Some of the places were a bit difficult to access. She did take a little more time to complete the job. Time was not a problem for us. The timeframe for her was 2 wks $3500 and the other 2 quotes were 1 wk. $4600 - $4800. The home was totally empty. No furniture to move at all. We did have a good bit of prep work for patching the walls where heavy mirrors and such were hanging or wallpaper/boarder may have been. There was also some molding repairs that were addressed. All of this was great.
