I don't leave reviews often but I contacted them to come look at a mold in the bathroom situation. They came out the same day and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and told me I could handle it myself with some vinegar. I feel like businesses will often come out and try to make work for themselves but in this case they didn't and they were super friendly and prompt. I would definitely use them again if I have another problem and recommend giving them a shot because they will treat you right.

It was excellent. They crew that did the mold testing, they tested the mold to begin with. They did the air and scraping. They came back with the result and did the remediation. The owner and the crew jumped in immediately when they came and I didn't have to wait. They answer all the questions that I had and told me to call them back if there's something that I need. They were excellent and very professional. The testing result provided with the documents immediately, you didn't have to ask for it. I would recommend them to anybody with any water damage or mod damage.

Everything went smoothly and efficiently! Erik with BioClean came out within hours of my first call. We were able to set up an appointment promptly to have the mold remediation work done. It was hard to to have to leave the house for several days but Erik was so accommodating and helpful that I knew we were in good hands. They did a thorough job and the house looks amazing! I also saw a doctor to find out what we needed to do to get toxins removed from our bodies. Basically, removing the mold was the important step and our bodies should now heal naturally with the addition of taking an antihistamine daily. I highly recommend BioClean for any remediation needs!

Excellent, within hours after job was finished I was allowed into my apartment, Oh what a feeling. I could breath an not cough my head off. It was a pleasure to have such a professional crew, my furniture and rugs were treated so my apartment would be livable.
