I didn't feel as if I just hired this company to do a job. The staff took there time to explain the process in what I hired them to do. It gave me grate comfort. In my opinion this is a quality that is rare in companies. I would highly recommend BioClean to meet your environmental needs.

Extremely professional and friendly! They helped my family clean my dad's home which had black mold. They were very thorough in cleaning every item in the home in a timely manner. Our family had a tight deadline of a week to get everything cleaned and move my dad out. We contacted bioclean and within a day they were able to give us a quote and we scheduled our appointment. This gave us enough time to pack and move right on schedule! We couldn't be happier with the experience and recommend them to anyone in the area who needs help with mold! 10/10

At a horrible time in our lives dealing with mold in our home, Bio Clean was there from day 1. Highly recommend.

The company was able to respond quickly and completing the work in a very timely manner.

Professional team, advanced my appointment earlier due to my black mold exposure spent 7 days in hospital only being in new apt for 3 days, due to Apartment complex owners delaying the maintenance request process for my health.

This company was very prompt answering my request for this service. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the mildew problem we were having in our home. Jerry, and his team were very courteous and eased our tension about solving our problem, as we are about to have out of town guests. Jerry explained everything to us, what was causing our problem and how to put steps in place to avoid this happening again, as we live in a very humid climate. Extra things, not expected were done, such as replacing our air conditioning filters, pointing out other problems not related to the job, like showing us where we had a leak in a pipe and more. The job was done in a timely manner>. Jerry told us how long it would take to do the job and that was very precise, The treated our home with respect, great workmanship, and not only was the mildew gone when we returned home, and our home had been cleaned and sanitized entirely. Jerry is a very personable gentleman and explained all that had been done upon our arrival to our home and how to help prevent this from happening again, which is invaluable to us. He is very trustworthy. I felt completely safe leaving our home in his hands while we were away. It was a joy to return to our totally cleaned home as well as the problems resolved. I would definitely refer him to anyone needing any of his services. He was very attentive to the project. He showed up on Tuesday when I had painters over. He advised the painters how to paint once the mold was removed. He was very professional. He was willing to work with me. He even helped with recommendation on window coverings that would not retain mold, and other preventative steps. He even reorganized my garage. He said when I would redo my kitchen that I could call him back and he would treat my kitchen if needed as part of this job.I wish i could give him 12 stars out of 5. Highly recomend.
