Xtreme Tint and Alarms

Called for appointment to install PPF, left the car 5/25/21, next day had to pick up the car because they did not have the PPF in stock. Brought the car back next Tuesday 6/1/21, I was told would be ready next morning. Wednesday I was told it would be ready Thursday morning. Thursday morning I was told it was almost done. but needed to sit under heat lamps overnight. Friday at lunch I went to pick it up and car had not even been started. Met several other customers who had also been waiting weeks to pick up their cars. I asked to pick up my car and was told that I if I would leave it, it would absolutely be ready on Saturday afternoon. Saturday went to pick up my car and it had been started but was no where near finished. I was given Alex's Cell number and his fathers and told I could call them and pick up the car Sunday even though they where closed, they would meet me. 25 calls and not responses. Closed Monday. Didn't even try to call Tuesday. Heard nothing all week. Went by Thursday 6/10/21, saw the car still not done, told them I was picking the car up Friday (ready or not). Friday 6/11/21 I picked they car up, the PPF looks terrible, edges curled up on hood and mirrors, bubbles, etc.. I was told if I would bring it back again next week they would fix it. They had the car for 11 days and couldn't get it right. The only thing they did efficiently was take my money. Nothing but lies from them and lousy work. Paid $$$$ for nothing. Now I will have to pay someone else to fix it.

I will never go back to them, I think they are crooks. I'm very unhappy with the work they've done and how they treated us. They put tint on the windows and charge us $300.00 but the tint was not satisfactory, we called and they said they could make it darker but would have to charge $100.00 more. I didn't understand why we had to pay extra for the darker tint, it is better than the first job they did but still is not satisfactory.

It went pretty well. There was just a wait when they picked it up. I do not remember the exact price.

They were upfront and they had a wide selection of different tints and styles to choose from. Overall experience was good. I would use them again in the future.

On Saturdays, its first come, first serve. Arrived right at 8am when they open. Was told that the old tint on the car would have to be removed, then the new tine placed. Was told it takes 3-4 hrs to remove the old, then the new tint would take no time to place. Called at 3pm, told the car would be ready between 4:30 and 5pm. The location closes at 5:30, so I wanted to make sure I got the car before the store closed. Show up at 4:45 to get the car, was then told, the car woiuld not be ready for another 1-1.5 hours. In no way, was I told at the beginning of this adventure that it was going to take this long. When I did call to get status, got quick what they thought I wanted to hear responses, not the truth. Finally got the care at 7pm, not the 1-1.5 hrs told the second time. The film looks like it was put on in a rush, lots of air bubble (hopefully still to be smoothed out in a (couple of days), if not, have to make additional visits to get the warranty work done. Yeah...can't wait. Warranty work can only be done on Mon-Thurs by the way, always works well, when the car is used out of state for a student who can only be back on Friday-Saturday. Lesson learned about Xtreme Tint, dont go on a Saturday, and dont assume the time they tell you that your tint will be done is the truth.

Their service was excellent and their product was excellent too. They worked very diligently to do a rather difficult job and did it well. They were pretty responsive and got it done on time. They actually spent a whole lot of time doing a very difficult job and didn't charge me anymore than what they quoted. I didn't compare their price with a whole bunch of different companies and it's hard to find anyone that does a RV.

I contacted two companies for estimates. Beth was the only one to supply samples of the product and explain the grades available. She also presented an opaque film for use on the front door and side windows to provide privacy. Workmen were competent and tidy. It was a satisfying experience and we are very happy with the product.
