I wish she did a better job on cleaning the baseboards and slightly more detailed work on things that are easily missed like door spots cleaned. However, overall the work is good. I really like the receptionist at the office. she made an error on our autodraft payment, but bent over backward to fix it. Great customer service.

The estimate for the initial cleaning and the bi-weekly cleaning was very reasonable. We've had the initial cleaning and Erin did a fabulous job! She was very thorough, I couldn't be happier with the job she did on the house.
Description of Work: First the owner came to give me an estimate (free), then I spoke to the office manager to schedule our housecleaning. The housekeeper came and did the initial cleaning, she'll be coming back every other week. The initial cleaning is slightly more than the bi-weekly cleaning will be.
