The cleaning went very well . Ms . Nelda is an outstanding professional , who can be counted -on to clean in a professional , and efficient manner . She can be counted -on to accomplish all cleaning tasks without supervision . My wife and I are very pleased with the housecleaning that Ms . Nelda accomplishes. She is a credit to her company , and I would strongly recommend her .

They do a good job overall, I do appreciate having someone do these chores. It helps maintain my apartment in a mostly livable state. Additionally I usually have a tiny amount of dirty dishes, and my housekeeper usually does those for me as a nice little extra. My only complaint is the service doesn't perform a deep clean of things. That is simply not part of the regular service. Only a quick surface clean is the norm. I find that light surface cleaning to be a bit lacking sometimes. Someday, I will have to do a deeper clean of the various areas myself or pay someone to do it.

Fine. When I asked for any additional or more through cleaning, such as cleaning baseboards, etc. the work is done as requested. Vacuuming furniture is not included. Moving furniture or other items is sometimes problematic even if lightweight.

The service has been provided by the same company/agent for several months and we are completely spoiled. We intend to continue this service as long as Leigh ( our agent ) is available.
