Description of Work: Installed underground storm shelter. Work performed in approximately 6 hours. Did a great job. My only problem was the amount of time spent on the waiting list- (about 6 weeks and would have been longer had I not been able to make accommodations to accept a last-minute request to fill in for a cancellation) but this was beyond their control unless they expanded Empliyment or controlled the weather. It's also possible that the manufacturer was behind, as the other places I went when I placed my initial order were all giving the same estimated delivery date and citing the manufacturer as the reason.

Scheduled install, they came out about 3 weeks later(during tornado season when their wait list was growing rapidly), prepared the site in a day, and poured concrete the next.
Description of Work: Supercell installed a jumbo unit and also had a partnering company come in to install an epoxy coat to the garage floor to erase any sign of the patch that resulted from installation of the Jumbo unit. Finished product is wonderfull. I highly reccomend the epoxy floor coating. Supercells attention to customer satisfaction is the bottom line here. They are good folks and they made me a very happy customer.

We put our downpayment on the shelter in April, and they called us to schedule in May, so there was some lag, but it is the height of tornado season, so no big surprise there. The would have installed a couple of weeks earlier, but we were not able to be there then, so really there was only about a 3 week lag between our downpayment and when they called to schedule the installation. The installers were exceptionally prompt - 7am on the dot! They worked very quickly and were done before 1pm. They were very nice and professional. They left the driveway and garage spotless.Overall, no complaints at all. I'd recommend them.
Description of Work: We had a below-ground tornado shelter installed in the garage floor.
