Terrible! Chuck Marion is a scammer and that’s not only my opinion when it took 6 months to deal with him, it’s the others I contacted in the industry that had to come behind him and repair the work at an added cost. Faulty inspection and we learned its against state law to inspect and repair the same home. He has not adhered to the ASHI code of ethics or any reasonable human ethics. Multiple calls to him only gained multiple excuses. Once 6 months went by we gave him our best shot to make it correct and he did NOT! AVOID HIS SERVICES AT ALL COSTS!

Working with Chuck was great experience!!! His years of experience and knowledge are evident when is providing feedback and throughout his inspection process. His inspections are thorough and precise and he took the time to explain the stucco process and answer my questions. His inspection reports/summaries are detailed, easy to follow and understand. I went into this process with a little apprehension from knowing nothing about stucco but emerged with peace of mind because of Chuck’s educational information. I feel better about purchasing this home and will definitely utilize his company’s services again!!!😊👍

Very thorough inspection. He inspected everything inside and outside the house and found some things such as it needed a new roof (leaking inside the house), attic insulation, broken water pipe, among other things that had not been revealed by the seller. He wrote a very thorough inspection report with photos of everything and had it to me the next day by email. He saved me a lot of money. He was thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, and took his time to ensure absolutely everything was inspected properly. I would never have known about the problems with the house if he had not inspected it. Always get a home inspection prior to buying a house and I highly recommend using this company.
