If I could give a negative 5, I would. We are installing pool and decking, hardscape and landscape...needless to say a good sized (and for us) expensive project. Greg, the owner, made an appointment with us for 8:00 am. He didn't bother to show up or call and will not answer texts or calls. Incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful and (based on other reviews) indicative of the poor quality and poor customer service we would receive if we used them (which of course we won't!). Bottom Line: Heed the reviews. Find another company to perform your work. I certainly am!

We are very pleased with the finished product. The crew hooked the gutters up to a drain that was trenched down to the street, and put in a rock garden near the drive to stop any water collecting on that downhill slope, that was washing out grass. They also put in a grate across the sidewalk to divert any water coming down the steps/driveway. This company likes to work as a "team" with their designer Greg coming out to look at the project first. I would like to recommend that you get everything in writing, as he speaks quickly, as if he's throwing ideas out, and when the bid comes through it's a bit vague, and the project manager doesn't seem to fully know what Greg has spoken with the client about. It would be to everyone's advantage if Greg and the project manager came together for the first visit. In fact, I would suggest a diagram of the plans, with everything in writing. When we spoke, I had asked the flower bed be evened out and it was a bit roughshod at completion. It will need to be re-done by yet another landscape person. If I lay mulch as it is now, it will flow over the sidewalk with the first rain. The rock garden was a beautiful addition and the drains are working properly and I'm grateful for that. Javier and his team were excellent.

We haven't decide yet if we are going to choose them to do the work. The landscape architect was very knowledgeable. He has plans that are appropriate for this area. He created a low maintenance plan. He has very good interpersonal skills. When discussing our project, it's obvious that he remembers our yard and is knowledgeable about our particular circumstances. I have no complaints.
