Provider was prompt and professional.The installations went flawlesly.

Came by and took measurements for an estimate, said he would get back with me. Never called me back, I called him once and he stated that he was waiting on the estimate from the brick mason. I never called him back and he never contacted me.

The bathroom construction has been going on for about 90 days. I'm very happy with their work. We are doing the usual artistic bathroom for myself, which I'm handicapped. It's a bigger project compared to a regular bathroom. We even had to enlarge the bathroom. We had to remove some walls and make the bathroom larger. The goal is for the handicapped bathroom. It is neat. They're an "A" contractor but they're a little slow. It is an artistic endeavor. The quality of work is good. We're working together as a team. I wanted it done true to the theme that I want. It takes them longer than expected but they respond immediately to suggestions and changes that I want.

We like him very much. He is working on our house now. He is turning an awful bathroom into a handicapped bathroom for my inlaws. Stan and Maria Shepherd are the owners. It is turning into a money pit. It is not their fault and they are handling it with such a good attitude. They are just charging labor and we are purchasing all of the materials. THey do what they say they are going to do. They are low on the cost as far as how much they charge for the labor and they show up. They show up and do the job. They don't ask to be paid up front. I consider it very good work.
