Description of Work: Rachelle came to see our house for cleaning every week. We agreed on the price she quoted which was reasonable. She gave her all contact information and also left a copy of her driver license. She was supposed to start the same week. But she didn't show up or even call to say that she was not coming. When we text her, she didn't even give any reason why she suddenly changed her mind.

+ -1 moreArrived on time, gave an estimate for the work to be completed. She agreed to preform the work at the time of the estimate provided we were in agreement on the scope of work. I've had a few other housekeepers in the past. She exceeded my expectations and did a great job and will be cleaning for me again. I pushed my cost up a little more because I included the linen and laundry services as an add on for extra bucks which was awesome because she changed and washed the linens and cloths while preforming other tasks. This was the first time I had a cleaning service offer these type of add-on's and it was super reasonable to have fresh linens and folded cloths!
Description of Work: Cleaning and other general home tasks.
