He arrived when he said he would. He completed the work exactly when he said he would for the estimated cost.

They did an excellent job. They were on time, and I like that they gave gave me same day service.

Madison Plumbing is the local authorized service provider for Insinkerator products. When I called for service, they were able to work me into the schedule almost immediately, and they were considerate of the fact that I needed time to get home from work. On the first visit, they determined that my disposer was under warranty and not repairable and a replacement. When the replacement arrived at their office, they were again willing to work with my schedule -- I wanted it done a day earlier than planned. They did the work quickly and carefully. They were friendly and respectful, and they left my kitchen as they'd found it. In the past, I've had plumbers leave dirty water and junk around the work area or large smelly items in the garbage, so I was pleased that they cleaned up and put everything back. I was happy with the whole experience and will call these folks next time I need plumbing services on my own dime.

They were efficient but had to spend significantly more time on the external faucet as they had to go under the crawl space, remove the old one and install the new.

I have used them multiple times. I was not very happy with the plumbers that came out the second and third time. I was pleased with the work and the price when they redid my plumbing in my bathroom. They didn't have a tile setter though, so I had to hire one separately. Usually plumbers have tile setters, but they didn't. They had someone in mind though. When they came to fix a leak in my kitchen, they didn't have a small rubber grommet and couldn't improvise one. The guy had to go to Home Depot to buy a faucet set. They only use one manufacturer for faucets, and they don't have the parts for the other brands. I first chose them because they had a good review, which included price. I always ask for the same plumber, but the service quality seems to be declining while the price seems to increase. They tried to fix the hot waterside of the kitchen faucet and the only problem with that was a gasket, but they said I needed a whole new faucet set. They told me that I could either buy it or they would.

They were excellent. Great price, great service, couldn't be better satisfied.

It took two visits to get the leak fully repaired. The second visit was no charge.

I called to obtain an estimate on the purchase of a specific hot water heater and an estimate of the installation cost. I selected MPS and ordered my new hot water heater that was delivered within a week. They came out the next day, removed my old hot water heater and installed the new one. The Plumber was very professional and polite, worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards. I'm very pleased with the product and service provided by Madison Plumbing Services.

I found this company through the yellow pages. I was contacted the same day as I called. They were at my house the next day and made the repairs as stated above. I did not hear the repairman say "I think this is your problem". His words were "Here is your problem" and I was shown what he found. He made the repairs and was gone within the hour.

I called to schedule an appointment to have my low water flow problem looked at. They had someone immediately available so I left work to meet them at my house. John was waiting in his van when I arrived. He asked a few questions and checked the water flow/pressure problem I was having. He had the parts in his van so he was able to immediately get to work. He finished faster than estimated and the cost also came in less than what I was quoted. Very efficient, clean, and high quality work. I would definately use again. ** About a month after the work was done I noticed a water leak in my front yard near where the pressure regulator was replaced and called to have it looked at. Apparently the pipe connected to the pressure regulator I just had replaced had gotten damaged. I know it was fine for several weeks after the initial repairs were complete. John said that someone may have stepped on or run over the PVC pipe that allows you to adjust the pressure regulator without digging it up again. I was sure that since the initial work was completed correctly and it had been over a month with no problems that I would have to pay to get it fixed. Especially considering that we didn't know exacly how the pipe got damaged and it could very well have been me running over it with the lawn mower. To my surprise John said that they warranty their work and there would be no charge, even in this case where I may have caused the damage. Once again this company has impressed me.

Not happy at all. I requested a quote to have a pressure regulator and some other work performed. They were to call me on the way to the house and arrive early afternoon. They failed to call and showed up at the house at 6 PM. Then they said they would return the following morning to perform the work and never showed up. I gave them the rest of the week to contact me and then contracted another plumber the following week.

He came right over. All he had to do was tighten it and didn’t charge me a thing!

Excellent: Called at 3:00pm and the Plumber arrived at 5:30. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Quickly assessed the problem and fixed it returning water service to the house in about an hour

We made the call the night before (1/18). They were very responsive and helped us troubleshoot whether it was an "emergency" situation over the phone. That was quite nice. It wasn't. The appointment was scheduled for 8 am (1/19). We start work at 7. My husband took the time off in the morning to be there for the appointment. They didn't show up until 12. We very well could have had one of us come home during or just before lunch. Instead we wasted 5 hours of our work day waiting around for them to show up. I would understand if there was an emergency and they called ahead to let us know. I would understand if they had rescheduled. Neither. No one called ever. I called (at 8:50am) from my office to find out what is going on and let them know I was very dissatisfied at them not giving us an ETA. It is incredibly unreliable and unprofessional to not at least call and reschedule knowing you'll be late. 5 hours.......unexceptable. In the end, nothing was found. We're hoping it was a fluk thing. We had installed a water filter ourselves and had had to run the water for 10 minutes. Maybe a slight clog caused the backup. *shrug* wish I knew. But nothng bad has happened since.

I had a fine experience with them. They did a pretty good job. Their price was reasonable. I will use them again in the future.

The job went very smoothly. The only hitch was the technician had difficulty removing the old element and had to go to get an additional tool.

I discovered the pipe was leaking because I was repairing the water line for the refrigerator. It was obvious that someone had attempted to repair it before but had done poor job. I shut the water off overnight, tended to some business the next morning and called Madison Plumbing which has great reviews here and on BBB. I spoke to the office and told them what the problem was. They said everyone was tied up at the time but would call when someone became available. Approximately 45 minutes later they called and asked if now was a good time. I said yes and 15 minutes later they showed up. I showed them what the problem was, heard some banging and smelled the torch. Approximately 45 minutes later they were done. Well, they thought they were done but the apprentice discovered a leak and they had go back in. The next time they were done. I was pleased. Primarily because they did the type of job that when I look at it I say, "nope, I could not have done that myself." I wish I could say this about most service people.

Prompt, punctual, thorough, clean, polite -- he actually ran from floor to floor - he worked fast and was nice all the way through the job. He did what he promised and answered questions clearly, concisely and politely. I never got an estimate before the work started because I told him to go get started -- and thought I paid too little -- but was so very pleased to do so. He will be called again to come back and do the work for the reset of my tub and other plumbing when we complete removal of the "Black Mold City" in my wall and I will request the same tech, Butch... the one with the ponytail.

The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. He quickly identified the source of the leaks and repaired them.

The shower was great. A hard problem in an almost inaccessible place. Good work. Clean and efficient. The outside line was not a homeowners problem. The technician from Madison Plumbing was very thorough. He called the city to attest that the problem was in the main line. He was embarrassed to charge me. He only charged for the call, not his time.

They provide great service. They are very dependable and trustworthy.

One toilet flange was replaced, one was repaired. Three toilets set just fine, water pressure regulator replaced just fine. A few weeks later one of the toilets rocked again (the repaired flange); they warranted their work and came and replaced the flange at no additional cost. (Warranter is only about 60 days though, so be sure you ask!) Months later we could not adjust the water pressure in the house, it was stuck at 40psi (we wanted 65 to give adequate pressure to upstairs bathroom). I put in a call to the office knowing we were well beyond their warranter period and asked if they could just swing by and see if the regulator had failed (1yr warantee on part); a couple days later we had higher water pressure! They fixed whatever was the problem and we were able to adjust the water pressure to what we wanted.
