LOWE'S

Contractor completed job in a couple of days. Delivered Laminate to house and left to get room temperature prior to installing. Mean time contractor removed and cleaned up all of the carpet. laminate Flooring was installed professionally, several other contractors have done work and commented on the good job that my contractor did on the flooring. When we told them it was Lowe's they were quite surprised at the great level of workmanship they completed. Would recommend their service to anybody requiring flooring replacement. Totally satisfied with installation and cleanup job they preformed.

Install completed job and doors continue to work wonderfully, Installer cleaned up all of their debris and cardboard from job site. Professional installed and verify friendly clean dressed installers.

Contractor arrived on time as scheduled. Contractor had all materials required to install fans from cathedral ceiling. Contractors were clean and professionally dressed, cleaned up all wiring and electrical debris. Fans now look and run quietly as promised. Completely satisfied.

We went to Lowes to get a quote for flooring, etc. While we haven't booked our flooring service, we will in the near future. There may be others companies that have lower prices on the flooring however, we feel that if we go with Lowes, there is a quality and expectation of the job getting done correctly and accurately is worth the extra money.

Was very professional, clean, and prompt. The contractor did a fantastic job in the removal and replacement of two doors at our house. Would definitely use them again!

My husband and I purchased a chest freezer on a Thursday as we needed it by Saturday and Lowe's was the only store to have it in stock. They offered free delivery on Friday and said they would call Friday morning to give us the delivery time frame. My husband went home as they said they would be there between 930-1030. At 1015 he calls me to tell me that the truck broke down and they wouldn't be able to deliver it today. I was very concerned as we were anticipating quite a bit of frozen food on Saturday and needed to have it by Saturday at noon. I called the store, pressed the appropriate number to speak with someone in delivery, it rang and rang, then went back to the automated prompts, pressed the delivery number again, no answer and I finally pressed '0' to speak with a representative. I briefly explained my problem as she was very short and rude and she told me to hold and then proceeded to hang up on me. That was the last straw. I filled out a complaint form on Lowes.com and still had no idea if we were going to get the freezer we paid for. Saturday morning at 658am they called and said they would be there between 10-11 which worked our fine for us. They showed up on our doorstep at 830 and plugged it in and everything seemed to work. On Sunday, I checked my phone and I had 2 missed phone calls from an unknown number and an email from the store manager Jesse explaining that he was sorry it took him so long to get back to me that he had been working all day on Sunday to find out where mix up took place and saw that the freezer was $30.00 less at a competitor so come in for a gift card. I went to the store, met with Jesse and was so impressed with his responsiveness and his thoughfulness. I did get my gift card and then proceeded to purchase $80.00 worth of air filters from Lowe's. Despite the initial mishap, the situation was handled very well and I will continue to use this store as long as Jesse remains the manager! A+

They are pretty good. They are usually pretty good about their online ordering but a couple of times it has been very slow. They have been very helpful and I've been going there by all mornings, I go there a lot. They are really good with customer service and returns and stuff like that. Their internet service has gotten a little bit inconvenient lately.
