Love the refrigerator, and love the toilets. To the instinct if we asked, they would. We didn't ask much. They did a good job putting it in.

We had to call for help for 20 minutes. When we finally found an attendant he was not familiar with cabinetry. They took three boxes off the very top shelf and every single one in stock was damaged. Not a very good experience.

I have bought several items on line recently and the store has been excellent about calling me as soon as my items arrive so that I can come pick them up.

They didn't show

It didn't go well. Roddy our designer wasn't helpful when problems came up. Lowes has contractors work for them to install. They were the ones that were on time. Professional at all times and helpful in getting things done at the store. Our 'designer' wasn't helpful at all. Two cabinets where screwed up and took three weeks for reorder. so much extra stuff was ordered which we could take back but was so much of a pain in doing so. When you call the department and if your 'designer' isn't working you have to call back the next day. No one in that department wants to help out each other with the other customers. I was going to use them to re-do our bathrooms but after this I won't. I still use them to shop at but that is it.

Finally got done. Don't cut your trim and take an example to Lowes just because the call and tell you to do that. Costed time and effort and wasn't even supposed to be done! That was discovered during project wrapup.

Installer came and measured our area, and said we could have a larger oven than we thought we could have, which was great! We ordered a larger model; the installer came and modified our cabinet area so it would fit, and then installed it. We're happy with our purchase.

They arrived on time, handled it in a professional manner and we are satisified with the product and the service.

There is some lag time between placing the order with Lowes and being contacted by the subcontractor. Bill did the measurement and inspection of old door and approved and placed the order for the new door. They have a one month window to complete the work but it was done in two weeks. Jay Benesh does the actual carpentry and install. It took about four hours total. Jay is very professional and an excellent woodworker. I was completely satisfied. Please note however , they do not paint . I love the new door.

The overall experience has been a complete nightmare. The original contractor who was to lay our tile is not who showed up. His tiler had a personal emergency. So instead of notifying us of the change they sent someone in their place. The original contractor who spoke with my husband about the job is not the person who laid the tile. So the new contractor is not informed of the floor condition before starting the job. After the floor is finished and dry we walk in to find uneven tiles and the toilet rocks when placed back. New talk with the assistant store manager and he comes to the house to inspect the situation. Contractor comes out later in the day with 2 Lowe's employes. They spend an hour and a half in our bathroom arguing with my husband about the toilet. They agree that the tiles are uneven. Installation manager was rude and mouthy when I confronted her on why they needed to continue to discuss this after so long. I reminded her that Lowe's should be standing up for the customer and not the contractor. They left and told us they would get back with us the next day. They send a new contractor to tell us they don't think they can make us happy and they will refund our money. We have to get quotes on the floor being torn up before we get our refund. It is now November 24th and we still do not have a completed floor. We started this October 22.

We were pleased with the service we received beginning with the salesperson all the way through to the delivery people and the workmen! All estimates and appointments times/schedules were honored. The only surprise we had throughout the entire project was the extent of water damage and mold discovered once the carpeting was removed from the affected area. Repairs put the workers behind by at least a day and a half, which left them short a worker at the end of the project, but considering the quality of the work done and our satisfaction with the overall look and function of our new flooring the small delay was unavoidable and totally acceptable. As noted in our rating we would highly recommend Lowe's for the job done, and would definitely consider hiring them again to meet any of our future flooring needs.

Their contract manager was very responsive to our budget, listened to all of our concerns, and answered all of our questions. He also managed the instillation team and did a very good job.

Fast and very professional

I had a pretty good experience with them. The salesperson was very responsive. He informed me the fact that they match and beat the price that I had got from another place. He was pretty knowledgeable about the products and also about how they get it installed.

I delivered it myself. They were very helpful in answering questions about the water heaters. They helped me select the water hoses I would need to hook it up. They also helped me to figure out what size water heater would be best for me. I shopped around and Lowe's had the best deal. I would buy from them again.

They called us last week and we were leaving on a trip. We requested that they deliver it before we left. They rescheduled and then they were two days late. They said that it would be here on a Saturday but then they delivered it Monday.

The salesman was quite knowledgeable of all the appliances while we were picking them out. Their staff to deliver the appliances were great. Cleaned up really well. They did everything they were supposed to do in the time frame they were supposed to do it in. We were really happy.
