She has been encouraging, realistic, and creative about various strategies in presenting our home in a always-changing market. She has always returned my calls quickly. She has always responded back to anything I asked her about promptly and accurately. She has at her disposal several specialists who have been called on to assist me in repairs, problems, etc. that happen when the wife is still with the home and the husband has left for the transferring location. At the proper time this house will sell and it will be a result of her hard work and continuous effort to market our home.
Description of Work: Listed our home ; provided a great report on homes of similar age, BR, features which have sold in the past 6 months or are currently listed; made recommendations for curb appeal; secured online ads, contracted for great photos, ongoing effort to repspond to possible buyers questions, agents, inquiries, etc. Very professional, yet warm and easy to talk to.
