Hired Jones Quality Home Services to fix a broken spring on my garage door. First he showed up, said he could do the job but had to order a new spring and that he would be back tomorrow between 2 & 4.. Tomorrow came and I got was promises that he would be there any minute. Never showed up. Next morning, he called same thing - he will be there between 2&4. Never showed up. The last day I tolerated his broken promises and unprofessionalism, I called early that morning and he said he was loading up his truck and would be over by 10:30. Afternoon rolled around, still no show, so I called and sent text messages. Finally got a text message back saying he was at Lowes returning the spring they had just picked up as it was the wrong size for my garage door and once done they would be right over (I only live about 15 minutes from Lowes). Once again no show so I called and his voice mail box was full so I sent another text message stating that I guess he wasn't going to show up at all. Got a quick message back just stating that he promises would get this done for me. Never heard from him since so I hired another company who will be here today. Wasted a whole week waiting on this guy to have nothing to show for it except a cashed check for his first visit to determine the spring was broke, which I knew already. Ratings
