David is courteous, professional, extremely knowledgeable, available, and very reasonable. We have had David in our home over the years for plumbing issues, and he continues to provide high quality, efficient work. He always takes the time to explain why there is a plumbing issue, and how he will fix it. During our remodel, he took a lot of time consulting with me on placement of drains and faucets and teaching me how to take the drains apart for cleaning, etc. Highly recommend David for any plumbing issues.

David came out on time, letting me know when he was on his way. He was very considerate, replaced my allen wrench and drain stopper, cleared the clog on the disposal and showed me how to do it next time. My disposal didn't need replacing after all, but if he had told me otherwise, I would have paid him to do I. He also replaced my aerator for me. Very kind, very reasonable in price and very neat. He is my plumber now.

We have used this service before and they were prompt and we left positive feedback. This time, they are doing more business, rather than residential, work. When we called, we were placed 10th on the list (of residential). We called again a week later and were still 10th on the list. We went with another plumber and will probably not use them again.

I called a friend who is in the construction business, and he highly recommended JDB Plumbing. I called them and spoke with Mr. Ballinger. I explained the problem, and he said he could get to us early afternoon. About 15 minutes later, he called back and said he had called the other customer, which wasen't an emergency, and they agreed. So they came to our place right away, and found the pipe that caused the problem and had it fixed within one hour! I have to call a contractor to get the ceiling replaced, and I will go with whoever he recommends.
