Mr. Maxwell was hired to renovate the exterior of my home which included painting, siding, gutter, porch/sidewalk repairs. He was very professional and did first class work. I highly recommend Mr. Maxwell to anyone considering a renovation and will certainly use him again for future projects.

Great Company The owner and crew did a great job. The roofer came on a Saturday after asking permission, they completed in two days, crew even corrected the roof color themselves before installation. Jim and his crew were fantastic. From the moment I met Jim I knew i was in good hands. He assessed wind and hail damage to my roof then advised me to contact my insurance company. He explained the entire process from claim to completion and and even sent a representative to observe on the day the adjuster arrived in case I had any questions. Jim did all the work within the cost specified by the insurance company. His crew was on the job the next day after I decided which shingles I wanted. The crew was fast, professional and courteous. They found water damage to the roofing deck but no worries... Jim filed a supplemental insurance claim on my behalf to cover the additional cost of repair. During the roofing operation, I realized that the insurance adjuster had not included a small shed in the original claim. Jim authorized his crew to also shingle the shed and subsequently filed another supplemental claim with my insurance company. Jim's crew completed my roof in one day and did a thorough job of cleaning up including combing my yard with a magnetic rake to collect stray nails. Jim and crew were very professional and had a great work ethic. Job was completed in one and a half days including cleanup and owner is still coming back to make sure all nails and debris are gone. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing roof or gutter repair. Wish there were more contractors as easy to work with and reliable as they are.

They took out the chimney above the garage and replaced the roof-line and matched up the siding on the house. They were excellent people to work with. The clean up was great. Highly recommend Jim and his crew and have other projects planed.

I was really pleased that everything went as scheduled. The roofing supplies arrived first, then the workers who were very efficient in removing the old tiles, replacing decking that needed replacing, and putting the new tiles on. They worked steadily all day. I noticed that one was an inspector who checked the work behind the roofers. The workers were cordial and courteous. They cleaned up after the job was done, and I couldn't be more pleased with the end product. The quality of the work was excellent, and the cost seemed quite reasonable. Mr. Maxwell delivered on everything he promised, and more.

Requested an estimate for roof/soffit/fascia repairs and one for a complete roof replacement. While the repairs were needed right away, I had intended to replace the roof next year but the estimate was so reasonable I decided I could repair the soffit and fascia and replace the entire roof. My wife and I were very pleased with the professionalism, punctuality and workmanship during our roof repair last month. Mr. Maxwell's guys replaced damaged structural components and matched shingles. Price was reasonable, especially considering materials used were above local requirements. We've had some heavy rain since then, but no more leaks, great job.
