The crew is very professional and worked consecutive days from start to finish. All details were covered. The Forman knew the details of the work order. I compared quotes and selected James R Maxwell & Associates based on a mix of professionalism, clarity of the quote and reasonable price. I would definitely hire this crew again. When the job was finished they cleaned everything up. We had them replace Masonite with vinyl siding. They removed the Masonite, installed an insulation layer and a wrap and then installed the vinyl. The new vinyl looks great! Lights, vents, and spigots all have trim around them.

The quality of service he went beyond on what I expected and what the insurance was looking for he was on time, they clean behind them self. He has integrity he straight forward I had great experience.

Mr. Maxwell was an excellent person/company to do the shingle replacement on our home. He was very prompt to take care of our choice and complete the job. He had an excellent work crew who made everything less stressful by doing everything they could to keep the job neat and tidy and not leaving anything for us to do. Mr. Maxwell makes sure you are aware of all thats taking place during the replacement of your roof but most of all that you are completely satisfied when it is completed. We recently had CraneBoard® siding installed on our house, an eighty-year-old house with decaying wood siding. We found James R. Maxwell & Associates, Inc., through Home Advisor for installing siding. James R. Maxwell & Associates, Inc., lived up to Home Advisorâ s advertised work quality and skill. The resulting job was better than we expected. They did a wonderful job. We would highly recommend this company to anyone. Jim came to our house soon after we contacted him, looked around the house, made some approximate measurements, and brought a quote the next day. He reviewed the quote with us and told us that the price was firm. Jim was true to his word. The James R. Maxwell & Associates, Inc., crew deserves a lot of the credit for a job well-done. Chris, the installation leader, has a lot of experience in building restoration and in particular siding installation. His expertise solved some of the problems an eighty-year-old house presents. His workforce of four or five young men knew exactly what to do, and they made the job run smoothly. They worked hard every day even in the July heat and rain. The rain was very welcome to them. We are pleased with the siding color (the color matches the original of the house). The great installation and type of siding are also pluses. We consider this a job WELL-DONE.

They completely rebuilt our exterior chimney and dormers. Their work is beautiful. They were able to find and match our siding which had been badly damaged. All materials were delivered and work completed in less than a week, then he followed up with insurance paperwork the day the work was finished. After all the shingles and vents were delivered I asked him to move it all to a different location and in 30 minutes it was done. His work is the benchmark for excellence. Five stars is not enough!
